A MM seems to be holding the price steady and again nothing but buys today, albeit quiet.

Looking for 401 £50 mn total deal package this quarter and stella 201 figures at the end of next quarter to add the nitrous oxide!

Tony, yes GM said at the Edinburgh presentation that 401 JV deal should have been wrapped up by EOY 2018, but 2 of the 6 parties had differences on geographic boundaries (not an issue of upfront cash payments he said) and hoped to have everything rectified and signed off within the 1st Qtr 2019.

Maybe rightback and know someone that bought at 0.8232p earlier, so that 606k is a buy too IMHO.

I presume these 0.8232p trades are all buys that are showing as sell!?

Need to just keeping push up slowly to keep the buying momentum going.

If 401 news can break us through 2.5p, then we are away in to positive grounds and in full long term reversal.

As far as I can see today, we have 23 trades and all buys!

Surely the tide has changed after the fall, then one month consolidation to turning up and re-rating.

Draey, there is no application with Georgia for CTlll, nor are VAL waiting for any confirmation.

CTll was submitted last year and Georgia had a reasonable timeframe in which to ask any questions etc and they obviously didn’t so all is good but there is no confirmation.

The next news will be 401 partner(s) and commencement of CTlll.

Maybe I should give risperidone to my wife then!

Whats the point of commercialising its IP if you need to pay for it in CTlll after the years of work, paying for pre-CT, global patents and CT l and ll?

Valju, I think forsight was just giving his take on matters or likely outcome and l welcome his posts.

I always thought the idea of a JV of this kind is that VAL provide the successsful IP to date having paid in FULL (or its shareholders) for CT l and ll and then for a fee receive an upfront, milestone and royalty payments, a third party takes over the proceedings as a collaboration, but dictating the CT as they are fully funding it?

This is the whole reason why junior bios’s ideally flip their products at CTlll, as they need a sugar daddy.

Forsight, I understand that all 401 is to be funded by 3rd parties, which is why GM ideally would have liked an outright sale of 401, but a JV has been compromised on. Also GM stated inEdinburgh that an upfront payment was not a sticking point.

Albeit low volume, but buying again.

I think most people are now poised for good news with 401 and 201 now, et al.
