Plausible, from a strategic standpoint - ImmuPharma’s focus (autoimmunity / inflammation) aligns with one of Sanofi Ventures’ stated areas of interest (immunology & inflammation).

How can one justify this rise with the charts? There was a supposedly downtrend !!!

Trend: still up overall, but now consolidating after a parabolic run.

Key levels:

Resistance: ~13.9 (recent supply shelf / failed retest).

Near price: ~11.0.

Support: EMA-8 ≈ 11.9, EMA-21 ≈ 10.8, then 9.1–9.0 (gap/structure), deeper 6.3 (EMA-50) / 6.0.

RSI ~59: cooled from overbought; bull range intact (>50).

Volume: pullback on lighter volume than the thrust—healthy digestion, but small-cap RNS can gap through levels.

Just popped in to check in share price. I’m glad it fell down and I topped up at 10.99p :-)

Tim mentioned in the interview(s) that now since the patent has been lodged, the patent office will not disclose the information publicly until 18 months. In the meantime, IMM will be able to disclose the details, under NDA, to potential buyer. So no one is waiting for the patent to be granted before reaching a deal. Patent application protects IMM (and for 18 months the information is not in the public domain so no one can copy it).
