I think the 50% cash warrants can be exercised upto 6 months from date of grant (23-May) and remainder 50% until 12 months. No expiry of the prepaid warrants. Assuming they were waiting for the prospectus, even then , why were they waiting from 01-Aug till just now?

From the 23 May 2025 RNS (“Loan, Proposed Equity Fundraise and Share Consolidation”): MAST raised £5 million through a structured deal consisting of:

£2 million loan

£3 million via prepaid and cash warrants

Prepaid Warrants: paid for upfront by the investor (at 4p per share equivalent).

Cash Warrants: exercisable at 4p later by paying 4p per share at exercise.

From 23-May till 5-Sep, the share price rose from 30p to 187p. Why were the warrants not being excercised then? Why the attack on the share now? Can't understand.

In the morning Sav, it was the other way round, but the price kept on going down.....

Breakdown we can explicitly verify from RNS;

Prepaid warrants exercised: 7,112,000 (2,155,000 on 01-Sep + 4,957,000 on 09-Sep).

Cash warrants @ 4p exercised: 3,550,000 (1,875,000 on 09-Sep + 875,000 on 17-Sep + 800,000 on 30-Sep).

Implied additional exercises: 4,200,000, not RNS'd, but perhaps will be reported in the monthly block-listing return RNSs end-October.
