Thanks dazzle - you offer some good points. Now that you mention Eat Beyond, I like the look of their portfolio, and supposedly my broker allows buying on the Canadian Stock Exchange, but I can't find it when I search on my brokers site. Anybody else had this problem by chance?

ReoninV, yes our EV will go further if you put it in "Range Mode", which also limits the max air con and heating. We can also put the acceleration in "Chill" mode which limits the power, and extends range. We can also change the regeneration braking, so when on max regen we also get more range. It also depends how you drive, just like mpg in an ICE car. The car will also show you how many Wh/km you are using. We have also noticed the big difference hills make. We lived only 60km from a ski field, but our elevation was 350m above sea level and the ski field car park was 1600m - when driving up to the ski field we used a crazy amount of power, but when driving down we could go 30km before getting back to the range we started with in the ski field car park!

I like Mosa Meat, because in my opinion they have the most disruptive product - actual beef, the same as beef, but grown in a lab

GarryParry, my guess is during the last review date which was end of November, AFC didn't meet the market cap requirements to make into top 100. Next quarter hopefully we will

Forzeb don't worry mate - no matter what mistake you make, rest assured someone will make one bigger. I had 400,000 AFC shares, at an average of 6.58p, then sold them at about 17p average. Bought some back again at 25p, but nowhere near 400,000! Sh*t happens.

Haggis, so going by your "Peer Comparison" we just need to make a greater loss, and our market cap will shoot up!

Woke up this Christmas morning (I'm on the other side of the world to most of you) to see a good rise in AFC - great Christmas present. Pleased to be back in this share. Merry Christmas to you all.

Personally I'm quite pleased it buttoned off a bit - whenever this (or any other share I've had) has roared up too fast, it then roars back down just as quick

I bought back 85,000 of these at 25p, thinking I'd probably missed the boat this time. Should have just kept my original holding of 400,000 at 6.8p, but got tempted out when I tripled my money about this time last year. This is a crazy share - you never know what's around the corner

It would have to be bigger than 160kW I would have thought, and/or more than one. Extreme E will have 9 teams with each car having 54kWh batteries. Williams Advanced Engineering, who will provide the batteries, has boasted that the batteries they are providing for PURE ETCR can be charged in less than an hour. Therefore, if Extreme E is going to have the same or similar battery statistics, they will need a 54kW charging connection for EACH team to charge their cars in an hour. If they're all charging at once, you're going to need 54kW x 9 = 486kW. Unless you have a whopping storage battery as part of the charging system

I'm finally in profit with this share. I think it's a "put it in the bottom drawer" share and forget about it for a few years though. Things don't happen quickly in this new food industry, but as an ex-farmer I believe it will play a key role in feeding an over-populated planet.

This has sat on my watchlist for ages. Took the plunge and bought in at 33.70p. Lets hope it doesn't go any lower. Shares usually do when I buy them!
