Gordon Stein, CFO of CleanTech Lithium, explains why CTL acquired the 23 Laguna Verde licenses. Watch the video here.
I don't comment on here much, but I've been in and out of FXPO for about 5 years. On the face of it a deal looks like a good idea, but IMO would be akin to paying a ransom - you then set a precedent and you're then potentially easy pickings in the future. If you think you're on the right side of the law, then fight it as high as you can in the court system. If Ukraine and their judicial system goes down the corruption road then they will shoot themselves in the foot for all the foreign investment needed to rebuild their country after this war.
It looks like Russia might have struck a deal for North Korea to supply them with arms to continue their invasion of Ukraine. I'm not sure I'd trust Kim Jong Un, even if I was Putin. Both are a good case for never putting an angry short man in charge of your country!
Massive volume today relative to average. Didn't move the price much though. I sold 80% of my holding today and have put it into NASDAQ stocks. More happening over there at the moment, plus the share forums don't quite have the same whining feel to them as here!
I dumped my shares. Made a good enough profit and I was becoming nervous about a big Russian retaliation for Ukraine attacking inside Russian territory. I'm sure Putin will be well ****ed off with that - it will be tugging at all his small-man insecurities. Might dip back in at some point, if it goes back down enough.
I've had this on my watchlist for ages but never dipped my toes in. From an outsider it seems a big problem is the crazy volatility of the Vanadium price - by my research and calculation over the past 5 years there has been a 564% swing between the bottom and top price, which shows through in the company's financial statements. Very difficult to operate any business with this sort of volatility.
JohnNth, so let me get this straight - you make a statement, then rather than back up your statement with proof, you say the burden of proof lies the other way? You should be a politician. Then to top it off you personally attack me, after calling out another poster for doing similar to you, linking it to losing the argument. Did you just admit in a round about way you lost the argument?
JohnNth: "Facts on the ground indicates the Russia carried out an orderly withdrawal instead of a hastily one"
Do you have a link to support these "facts", because the rest of us don't seem to be finding the same "facts".
Dodgy_knee, I think it may be more than your knee. So Klaus at the World Economic Forum has the whole world under his control, and Russia is going to save us. Brilliant. Thank God for that. I had it all wrong. I'm glad you clarified it so nicely for us.
Does ??????? ?????? give you guys a break over the weekends, or do you still have to spout forth the state directed propaganda in weekends too? It must be soul destroying not being able to think for yourselves.
Mindcheck - I'm assuming you've misspelled your name? Or maybe it should be Factcheck? Are you living in a parallel universe I wonder, and are somehow posting to this board through a wormhole? I particularly like this one...
"Russia has been remarkably restrained thus far. It has not for example attempted to destroy Ukrainian civilian infrastructure in the way that the West destroyed Iraqi and Serb cities in its own recent invasion /threatened invasion."
I used to own this a couple of years ago and got out at about 200p after I almost doubled my money (with hindsight, too early - but hindsight would be the ultimate superpower to have for investing). It now seems too cheap to me again so I've jumped back in. The main worry though is if they ditch the dividend it will probably fall through the floor. What are everyone's opinion on FXPO halting the dividend at some point and retaining earnings for the additional costs incurred as a result of this war?
@twocents. Who are your brokers?
Swissquote and Interactive Brokers
So I've just tried to buy some of these, but my brokers won't let me...
