I agree Brainspark , Finally we should see efforts to conclude legal mess in UK by no. 1, or no. 3. Let's hope sense prevails at long last and we give up on this appeal process. It's taken more pain and evidence, with crushing legal commentary to bring the bod in line with shareholders wishes, but finally I hope decisive action will be taken. I hope our rns will indicate adequately our remedy and route to increasing shareholder value and start to claw back confidence in Premaitha and our bod which has been eroded by litigation failures.

What's likely now? I agree, we will not pursue this to appeal. We are losing comprehensively and being shamed and embarrassed at each juncture. Such folly. Expect rns Monday. Not had earlier rns in order to formulate and agree way forward so it can be included or at least intentions relayed. Coming round to brainsparks view that if we do present a way forward that is material we should improve but too many times we expect better and expectations fall flat.

Even if right Brainspark I cannot see any initial reaction to Mondays rns news than a drop, even if short lived. Better to wait for the gut reaction drop before buying unless we have something out of the blue at the same time in rns. Isn't it about time to expect the worst here rather than the best. That's my view too as I can see it's very possible if we settle and all the other things arrive pre a TO price. Well pause for thought but on balance I doubt VEC is operating somewhere as would be easy enough to see what SG does for employment to fill his day and find out if there were concerns (without him I can't see anyone else with the knowledge or expertise to do it). Plus the legal risks when IP reverted and owned by premaitha. Possible but a 10 bagger here in 10 months more likely. Yes, we had QRI (or QRD the oil application) and patents etc returned and AFAIK although there appeared some hope for a while we could sell it or partner up, that was that as the new premaitha bod wanted to concentrate on nipt and since it has just been left in moth balls without the technical capabilities or resources or interest or motivation or belief in commercial application or partnering, it was seen as none core and adding minimal shareholder value at the time and before litigation woes. That's my understanding.

Btw, We came to market a bit before opti and I think it was viewed that premaitha was the better prospect. The best deal . Turned out with litigation to be yet another smack in the chops for Vialogy shareholders whilst watching opti fly to top 100p at one point.

I am in occasional communication with your father still and know he also posts here and he sure has a supportive son with your efforts on his behalf :-) It's been a damn long grind from Vialogy to here and still broke! We are somewhat miserable for a reason. Look at the years passed and repeat share price performance here, whilst always expecting improvement shortly and yet waiting an eternity on the end of delays and missed expectations. The fundamentals are very different, yet the unfolding disappointment and ride has been far too similar.

you are a optomistic fellow. Now we may be withholding information to support your rosy view. LOL To me it's quite clear. We lost and want to settle as that is the best choice. So far we have not managed to get agreement. Simple as that. No need for convaluted scenarios or Rose tinted hypothesis.

I am not convinced the appeal date timing is any indication. I expect as we have already made clear we are appealing the verdict, that the date is awaited and will be set by the court and not in our hands. Date of appeal is irrelevant as we could still settle at any time before or after an appeal date has been set and depending on negs and/or 321 outcome influence. Not sure how influential 321would be as imv a settlement is the only pragmatic choice anyway.
