Why do people continue to convey information that has bee categorically stated as false by the CEO ?

"This April, we'll deliver 2m rapid LFTs per week."

The important point is that it was posted on the official ODX twitter channel, and was totally unconditional. On that basis, its CLEARLY said that they had commited purchase orders.

Except as it transpires, they did not.

If the statement was conditioned on outside influences that were not guaranteed, then as a statement on a communications channel belonging to the company, they had an obligation to advise what those conditions were.

I said it at the time, and I am still of the belief, that those 2 twitter statements misled the market. They clearly misled many here. Up until recently, good old sledgey here still believed they'd done 2M a week in April.

And suddenly the "all that staff and new recruitment, must be cracking on full time" people are worrying about staffing levels.

CK said in the results in July :"in terms of near term demand we are just waiting on 3 countries final registration to go thru....once they are complete there is the expectation that the deamnd will come and it will be significant demand as well from these countries from what we are being led to believe."

Whereas ABDX said today, nearly a month later:-
"The Company has not seen significant commercial traction with the AbC-19(TM) product to date but remains encouraged by the ongoing discussions in various overseas territories as well as the potential development of a consumer market, both within the UK and internationally, with the general public wanting to know their antibody status. Abingdon is actively working with commercial partners on securing these opportunities. "

No mention of 3 countries in the near term (imminently is a word often used on here) just waiting to tick some boxes, no suggestions or colour regarding the strength of demand, in fact really pretty much the same report as their last report.

ABDX is the lead of the RTC program and has responsibility for generating sales leads.

Who to believe ?

someone needs to tell BJ that Mologic said they could supply for 1/4 the price of Innova, and bighero posted a response for scotland gov indicating innova was £4 a test.

For someone who professes to be so tuned into ODX, he really doesn't even keep up with basic knowledge. Mind you he does have a history of filter out stuff that doesn't match his reality bubble, so maybe in his world, statements from Mologic and scottish gov are just derampers paid by the MMs :)

Mologic in going public about its repeated failure at PD said it test would cost 1/4 of the innova test.

You can't wrapped what you haven't build. The gov machinery is ONLY to be used for gov tests.

Is this the same tricky who informed this board on june 2 of the "news" the Mologic test has passed 3a PD, when in fact less than 2 weeks later Mologic went public with the actual news that PD had repeatedly failed it for months. A request for the source of the "news" was met with silence

That excuse gets rather tiring after 8 months of no directors buying, in the same period there were significant director sales/exercise of options.

Directors not buying is entirely consistent with their behaviour all year, for which imminent news can clearly not be an excuse.

There hasn't been a share purchase by directors in 2021. News musta been imminent all year, which is quite a relaxed definition of the word.

shorting, are you joking ??, the reason the SP is doing what it is doing is that ODX has failed to announce a single order in 2021, has been thus far been unable to turn any of 2 notional gov contracts into actuals sales. They've TTed an antibody test that the CEO admitted to dropping in the RNS WITHOUT A SINGLE SALE. They've TTed another test that PD has repeatedly failed, and still have no idea what test the gov may or may not decide that they want them to make.

Meanwhile they have their hand tied for sales of the RTC antibody test. Only ABDX can get sales, ODX can not sell a the product directly, and ABDX is embroiled in a court case taken by the GLP in the UK.

Oh and the CEO has taken a week of.
