THere is nothing to RNS. No orders have been received, CIGA is say "it is expected", not that either they or the RTC is expecting, so it is not price sensitive news.

Innova is shipping 1M a day. At that rate they can supply 140M between now and end of Mar. I do not know if Innova is at max capacity.

It's a good positive bit of news, in a time were we have be bereft of it.

3 Billion of the vaccine has been pre-ordered, and is saying CIGA is saying "it is expected" more than that number of the antibody test to be used. You'll note that hey don't say the company is expecting, choice of words as always is important.
3 billion of the antibody test has not been preordered....the guardian would instantaneously combust.

I've 2 thoughts.
1) As I recall the RTC was given access to the same assay that the oxford vaccine group was using to develop the vaccine. Hence why the strong implication on how well the two are mated together. Is this not a major argument in favour of why the government has went straight to the RTC to order tests. UK has ordered 100M doses of the Oxford vaccine, although they are behind schedule in deliverying them (supposed to have 30M already, but only 4M at this time). What better antibody test to use to test the effectiveness of the oxford vaccine, than the one that was generated using the same antibody assay ?
2)Assuming the hyperbole is well off, even a 10th of the numbers would keep ODX @ 2M a week for a year (remember that once the orders go above 200K (?) a week, ODX has 33% of all orders).

Mologic have a 40M ANNUAL CAPACITY. 4.5 months is around 15M test between now and 31st March.
ODX has indicated they wont be at 1M a week until Jan/Feb. Even being generous and saying they can do 1M a week from now on, that 18M tests by March 31st.

And Mologic doesn't have a test. And ODX won't have a test until around 4-6 weeks after Mologic does.

If you do not now understand why ODX will not make one of those tests for that contract, I can not help you further.

And pray tell how is ODX/Mologic going to satisfy a contract of £912M which has to be totally delivered by March 31st, and sub contracting is not allowed. Even at £10 a test, that's 90M tests...did you run the maths at all ??

Oh, and neither mologic nor ODX have an antigen test ready for volume production, that's a bit of an issue too.

99% of times when options are exercised, they are immediately sold. If the options are vested, then the shares are yours anyway. You just haven't paid for them yet. Therefore there is no reason to exercise the option unless you are going to immediately sell them.

The only exclusion to this is if the options are about to lapse. You need to either buy the shares, or you lose the right to them. You'd make a decision. If the option price is greater that the current market rate, you'd just let them lapse and buy on the market if you want. If the option price is less than market price, then as you are being forced to buy them (because otherwise they lapse), you'll probably just immediately sell them and pocket the profit.

Will people wake up. The price drops because the share is currently not in demand. If you are seeing data that tells you "buys out number sells", and the price isn't rising, you are taking the wrong information from the data.

Not in the slightest. Just like i think the dross that you see on here from time to time about paid derampers and how they come on here to affect the price, is equally untrue.

Are you certain all you guys are buying, or are you all just talking about buying ? The SP isn't reacting to this forum buying frenzy ?, and I think we all want the SP to go up.

Strange, the lesson I would have take from that was not buy back at 90p

what do you want, a round of applause ?

1. ODX is the only listed company in the group, as soon as they know something that is price sensitive, they need to advise.
2. I don't know enough to be able to argue exactly how the arrangement works, but exactly how many do you think ODX can "bang out" without having money to buy the raw materials they need. At some point they need money. And that's not really all that many tests. They could make 1M tests in Nov, And then that's say £1M of cash sitting in the store rooms, and the suppliers need paid.

You have even less idea than I do how a vaccine works. 90% is apparently a much higher number than anyone is expecting for any of the vaccines, my understanding is the oxford one doesn't get that high.

The point of the vaccine like this tackling a widespread disease is not on the individual, its on the population level. If you manage to take 90% of the possible hosts away from the vaccine, it dies, as 9 out out of 10 people it tries to infect, dont get infected. You have brought the R no. way down (I'm tempted to say 0.1, but that sounds too simplistic).
