Petrochina chad planning additional exploration activities in Chad basins, which means any additional discoveries will need infrastructure access to transport oil, with our spare pipeline capacity we are perfectly placed to capitalise as an export route. the acquisition of the pipeline seems to get better and better

I have a sneaky feeling that we will likely close more than 1 acquisition prior to re~listing. AK keeps on talking about majors selling up and not many quality buyers out there. I think we are definitely looking at more than 1 acquisition especially if we are still 2-3 months away from re list. It’s pointless to re list and suspend again if they wanted other assets so now is the perfect opportunity to tie all the potential assets they have been looking at and go bid for them.

Can someone ask the question on relisting timelines at the agm please would be interested to know that’s if we don’t have any news on this on Monday or Tuesday ?

At the end of day it will depend on how much the brokers think we are worth. I can honestly say that we will open at a premium to our closing price and can say that with surety. The seven transaction was a complicated deal and the market is only still getting around to regular cash generation in the last 12 months. Seven transaction needed a lot of work to bring it to where it is now. Whereas the Exxon transaction is 13,000 Bopd with a potential of up to 20,000 Bopd through operational optimisation, plus 40% tariff on the pipeline acquisition, which transports 130,000 bopd. The only question on everyone’s mind is the premium which we open at....... all I know is that the relisting price will be higher then the price which we suspended at

I am kinda hoping that the realist price is still relatively cheap I.e if it’s around 40-50p then I would be tempted to buy in still and build up my holding and sit in it for 3yrs. As the upside will still be plenty in excess of £1+ plus can enjoy some dividend when it commences. Happy to continue buying anything below 50p as I would still see it as trading at discount versus assets and future newsflow IMO.

Let’s hope Vitol help us land big assets and put us well on the map of being a mid cap oil and gas producer can see us easily being a 100,000 Bopd oil and gas company by 2023. With a relative low debt compared to industry peers.

Once we relist I can imagine a lot of mutual funds perhaps picking up some share holding. Our ESG accreditation will attract significant capital flow either in the form of equity or debt for more inorganic acquisition, it’s truly an exciting time to be a shareholder right now in SAVE can’t imagine the upside hear with a wave of newsflow from existing assets and new corporate activities.

If we don’t hear any news before the agm then we will definitely hear some timeframe at the agm on relisting as we are dealing with a major I can’t imagine this deal being a drag out like the accugas deal, a fairly straight forward deal in my opinion. I genuinely feel when we were suspended that an agreement would have been reached so we will be past the negotiations it’s just crossing the t&c’s now and getting all the regulatory approval in the country for transfer of assets and ownership just the usual legal malarky

Eni assets in Tunisia produce 40,000BOPD per day could be another biggie if we could secure this as well, seems like if they are sending teams there then the exxon deal will more or less wrapped up imo. So we enter discussions with ENI as well then we could be suspended for longer. I do feel like we have vetted these assets strongly and now we are starting to show our hand. wouldn't it be amazing if we wrapped up 2 acquisitions prior to listing we could easily become a 50,000 BOPD + producing company acquiring assets at historic low's and financing cost are at historic low's.

Our ESG rating make us in poll position for all majors looking to divest assets, putting us in prime position for additional assets........

Imagine if more then 1 asset is acquired prior to re-listing, that would be absolute madness. can't imagine what the sp can do in that instance, plus all the news due from existing assets no doubt we are in for one hell of a ride and it's only looking one way at the moment.

Thanks agadem thought I would check just to be sure to be fair it will not matter to us as all are operations will be conducted to global ESG standards so we should not see any lag in share price.
