I know we are an oil and gas company producing, developing and exploring in west Africa, and we will do so in an ESG compliant way making us carbon neutral and environmentally sustainable. However has anyone asked or talked to Andrew about getting involved in potential opportunities in the renewable energy space perhaps even if it’s an early stage opportunity that can be developed in the long term, I would be interested to know if Andrew has touched in this or perhaps we can ask this question at the next Q&A ? I know people will say stick to what you know and do best but wouldn’t be a bad thing diversifying into that space even if it’s a single early stage less capital intensive opportunity ?

The new acquisition alone could be chugging out free cash flow of $75-100m range on a yearly basis at current oil price if we manage to increase production then double that and also don’t forget the Chad Cameron pipeline revenues. Together with the margins on accugas and Niger to come on as well it’s got incredible leg room. My only regret is I should have added more on the Monday after the Fridays presentation by Andrew I was about to pull the trigger and I didn’t oh well. If we could always catch a big winner then we would always go all in on one share before news. Nevertheless I am happy with my current holding and can see this multi bag on re-listing, but at the very list by year end. We have been patient but we are definitely seeing a mid cap energy company playing out here, and we will be in the leagues of tullow and cairn energy only with a lot less debt. It’s also import to remember where we have pipeline ownership constitutes as an asset for instance the accugas pipeline infrastructure is worth about $1bn and I am sure there will be a value attached to the Cameroon Chad pipeline so even if we aren’t producers we will always have tariff income from the 2 pipelines. Don’t think any of the above names I mentioned own the transport infrastructure

I don't know about anyone else but I think acquiring exxon assets will put us on the map as purely being attached to an energy major will put us on the radar of any new investors post re-list it could also potentially see some buying pressure if the re-list price is still offering a relative discount to the intrinsic value of the assets. Personally I felt the annual report was so comprehensive that it had a feel of a FTSE 250 company and not aim listed. I do feel if we open at a strong price we will target main listing which would take us into major leagues......

I am targeting a relist price of roughly 40-50p, this is my most conservative estimate based on the assets we are acquiring. News on other fronts such as Niger eps, Nigeria gas contracts and refinance, could see us in the 60-70p range. I thing is for certain as this is a reverse takeover it would be hard to imagine that we open at the same level acquiring cash generative profitable assets will have a premium attached to the opening sp. of course it could go a lot higher towards £1 once all assets are at full capacity and peak performance.

Seems like this will be wrapped pretty quickly anyone been in contact with the company on timeframes yet ?

Chad Cameroon pipeline has a capacity for 225,000 Bopd day so we have plenty of infrastructure leg room to produce more without any new infrastructure

Anyone interested in CHAD and DOBA, please see attached report from Feb 2019 from world bank. I can see why Andrew is going for this the potential is enormous. A quote from the report

Chad’s upstream industry is relatively immature, with a mere 15-year production history. It has a proven petroleum system, with large basinal areas for further exploration. According to industry experts, Chad may hold around 40 Bn Bbl of oil and 40 Tcf of gas of potential yet-to-find, conventional resource, which suggests that further discoveries should be possible. In addition, only 40 percent of the original proved reserves of 1.5 Bn Bbls of oil are said to have been produced from the
production licenses in the Doba basin, and undeveloped, but discovered oil in place is estimated to be 475 MM Bbls of oil equivalent, of which about 130 MM Bbls oil equivalent could be considered as contingent resources.

The oil production from Chad is already beating 2020 numbers stated at circa 130K BOPD, the July run rate is 153K. remember to 2020 average would have bee naturally lower as producers were told to curb production due to covid and not enough demand

July loadings of Chad's Doba crude are set to total 4.75 million barrels across five cargoes of 950,000 barrels, with average loadings in the month are scheduled to total 153,226 b/d.

Plus we will have exposure to 4 west African countries and diversified risk and a big player in the region. Nigeria, Niger, Chad, Cameroon. We could easily become a FTSE 250 company perhaps even higher

If we pull this deal off, on top of 5,000 Bopd Niger eps. New gas customers in Nigeria and Nigeria debt refinance. We are eventually heading for £1-2bn company could be more if oil price remains strong.

Expecting something meaty at least, as mentioned by the rest on this board. The final results were already trailed in Jan so if business as usual they will broadly be in line with expectation. So let's hope we have forward planning news, I think progress on Niger or perhaps a surprise on any other front would be great. It would be pointless to do a presentation for AK just to talk through market expected results.
