As people return it will be on many people’s radar now especially comma will step up, interviews broker notes etc…. All will add to the positive sentiment remember all it takes is 3 consecutive 10% day rises from 22.50p and we are at 30p that’s the power of compounding and price targets can be achieved in short order……..
Target drill depth was reached the week of 20th December 2021. So the last 2 weeks they would have been data gathering and taking various logs and analysing the prospective success of the basin and it’s commerciality. I am quietly confident that Venus could be a game changer for Namibia if it comes in but let’s wait for the drill results from Total this could start to get interesting next week as I feel results could be due by the end of next week or perhaps even the following week. Now if successful how much of Venus success contributes to a sp rise for Eco after all we have some of the largest licences offshore Namibia …………
RE: Oil & Gas Tracker's Updated Valuation for SAVE1 Jan 2022 19:41
You would think that with most people being back next week the cash whether from PI or institutions they would quickly catch on to the obvious value disconnect and start to take lumps at the current level………….
If it’s a. Farm in by a super major ie like of total or shell who can take operatorship and can commit to A drilling programme then I don’t see why we cannot 10 bag

Zengas - the $100m accordion you mentioned I believe will be set aside for another acquisition perhaps in the region of 7,000 - 8,000 Bopd would not surprise me if it was ENI Tunisian assets as I believe that could be concluded from this $100m spare capacity or another asset which potential is producing around that or circa 10k. They would not have taken the accordion if they didn’t have any plans for it in the short term…………
I would be interested to see a new broker note which I believe will come next week so watch this space and hopefully AK has got a stream of Newsflow lined up to keep the momentum going………
I strongly believe short term share price will be 30-35p and that will form a new base to build from. I fully expect to see this in the next few day and weeks……. Long term sp targets will depend on further news whether more operational news from Nigeria or future news in form of acquisitions or projects if AK is true to his word that any new acquisitions will not be financed through additional raise of equity or a suspension required we will see the SP motor ahead. I full believe the Brent crude price will definately stay above $70 a barrel and perhaps even higher due to supply constraints and Q2 2022 should see pandemic becoming and endemic which could see even higher oil price. Of course medium long term I still see us trading above 50p based on current production and asset base and I fully expect this to be achieved in H1 2022 driven by operational updates and strong macro outlook. Definitely upside for anyone getting in at current levels at the strong FCF will drive new acquisitions or deleverage the balance sheet rapidly but will be accretive to the SP……… as ever do you own research
Warno - I suspect today was not the best day to come back to the market, however i see next week being more progressive with everyone returning from festive break and liquidity returning. I would not be surprised to see a steady climb next week and we may start to approach 30p by the end of next week perhaps into second week of Jan.............
Zengas will the renewable projects be cash generative from get go or are they more development opportunities, i.e will they be generating positive cashflow already with a case of just scaling ?
Snaffleman / SQ320 - you mentioned that AK mentioned that no more dilution for acquisitions can we do a big acquisition which I believe south Sudan is circa 40,000 bopd fully debt financed without additional equity seems hard to believe....... we can get 100% debt finace on this although I could be wrong..............
I reckon we will see news on Tunisia next, I believe that also has the renewable portfolio which Andrew references too, it will be the easier deal to do than South Sudan, I reckon we could get news in January on this.
Robberyrob - did Andrew mention another acquisition imminent I was under the impression that any acquisition now would not exceed our enlarged capital and hence a suspension wouldn’t be required does this seem likely in the imminent future apologies if you could clarify that would be great as I wasn’t on the investor call
Markets are weird………… I mean these days exploration companies without any revenue or production are valued higher than our market cap like pantheon resources with nearly £600m market cap all on some promise of billions and billions of barrels of oil but not booked reserves or even production near term whereas a company with nearly $300m FCF valued at nearly free cash flow market cap……… one wonders where the logic lies in this no wonder market makers enjoy market making because they paint the picture they want you to see and only reveal the true hand when they have shaken out the weak they are the masters in the art of bluffing
Market cap around £290m easily worth 2 times for starters. The current market cap is seems like it’s only valuing Nigeria for now as we would have been roughly here with operational updates we have had since suspension. No price attached to chad cameroon as it stands one would expect it to at least value it similar to Nigeria assets which would double the value but as CC is oil assets should see a premium. Andrew needs to articulate the full plan at todays investor call also intrigued to see a revised broker note hopefully we get one over the weekend…….
RE: Up 24% this is just the begining31 Dec 2021 08:26
Agreed definitely will be a different picture next week when the markets return properly and the big boys are in I reckon we will be much higher in 1/2 weeks from now.....
RE: Up 24% this is just the begining31 Dec 2021 08:23
As expected it's given a buy opportunity for PI at least worth double from here time to keep adding more we may have not got the placing but this is as good as huge value disconnect...........
