Very much doubt that James, you don't seem to understand what is driving this SP at the moment, everyone is waiting on news from AI and POLB001 trial, this together with the Capital Markets Day for next Wednesday are all catalysts for upward movement in valuation.
Looking at what has happened to HVO in terms of response to their Capital Markets Day and the subsequent coverage/tips, I believe the same will happen here, the only difference here is it seems larger investors have been wanting to get in already before the newsflow starts in earnest....
This has huge potential and with the likelihood of being tipped over the New Year for 2023.

Trades are shown as buys and sells purely on whether they are above or below the quoted mid price. This is really not accurate as with wide spreads trades from both sides can be traded on the same side of mid price.
If the trade is done at mid price the algo can't call it a buy or sell so it states 'unknown'

If the shares are re-instated without an RTO then everyone will run for the door and quite rightly so, however DKE is actually quite an illiquid share, you only have to look at volumes pre the recent RNSs, you were only able to buy 30m shares because someone wanted to get rid of them (possibly the MMs even). So as the share went up and tens of millions were traded that was a sign that many holders were exiting on the huge volumes, there really wouldn't have been the stock otherwise.
I can't see an RTO being agreed before re-instatement either, so think if they do re-instate they will mention a RTO is being worked on, if the other side of the RTO loan money to help the accounting situation then that would be a positive, if they raise finance through a dodgy CLN or similar then not so great.

I am saying that it is likely the Broker parted company with DKE rather than the other way round, Peterhouse as previous incumbents have agreed to take up that position again. However it was their Death Spiral financing scheme that killed DKE as an investment for many and I can only think that if they do find a way of raising finance it will have to be a loan as they have no prospectus released. The last time the loan would have seen the lender short the SP and then convert part of the loan into shares at the lower level to allow them to do the same again. These are the last ditch financings available when in such a poor financial situation, it will keep DKE alive perhaps and Directors drawing salaries, but for holders and especially large ones expect the SP to plummet, as the lender shorts the shares down to a point they can convert and make a decent profit, for anyone looking to get out you will be accelerating the demise of the SP alongside the Death Spiral. Again, will they have to pay off the previous lender brought in by Shard and obviously helped by extending the loan maturity, but perhaps suffered when it came to conversion of shares that were not allowed to be issued.
All conjecture, but any change in Broker needs to be evaluated carefully, generally it is done to expose the Company to more investors that the Broker has, it can also be forced when a Broker resigns and it can quite often signal a new placing or financing which tends to be dilutive for the current holders.
I am sure we will see the Company delay and obfuscate as they have done so for years now, each time promising some new carrot for holders. Seems here the problem is how to raise funds without a Prospectus and therefore the need to issue lots more new shares, to get the Auditors to sign off and get the Company out of suspension.

I see you got an RNS today and some of you can't help but bring up other posters, well as you did I would just like to point out Peterhouse were previously the sole Broker, they arranged the placing for GD's share sale and loan back, they were also responsible for the funding proposal that was voted down by shareholders and rightly so as it was a death spiral. Shard were brought in as they had organised an alternative financing, however as can be seen they still needed a Prospectus to get their placing away...What is the problem with a Prospectus and why hasn't it been done to date? I suspect the finances would not pass muster in a detailed prospectus...
Anyway my thoughts are Shard resigned rather than DKE got rid of them, they have been waiting for the Company to issue a Prospectus which hasn't been forthcoming....
