I am pretty certain you will get an RNS before the end of next week, as that is the new year end and we know what they said about that in the RNS,

"The directors have continued to take steps to reduce the costs incurred by the Company and are taking steps to best ensure the viability of any future transaction by exploring further funding into the Company alongside the appointed broker to enable the 2023 accounts to contain an auditor going concern statement that is not qualified. "

It will, the buys are creeping up now and when this pops the 20p barrier I expect it to go on a bit of a run...

Some of these predictions seem to be from people who think there will be no dilution from an RTO of a Company which will have to be worth £30m+, by a Company with negative assets of £1.5m. The owners of the Company subject to the RTO, will want to have the equivalent ownership of the new entity and that will mean a huge amount of the shares will need to be issued to them.

Some people seem to think the £30m value will just be transferred to current shareholders and so the SP will multiply like that, people don't give away Companies in an RTO they will have an equivalent holding in the new entity at the dilution of current holders.

They have definitely told us about the Patent Objection previously, before these recent results, I just can't remember when and haven't got time at the moment to look back. sometimes posters need to spend more time listening and less time moaning.

The guy who started to lie about what people posted while the share lay in suspension....I don't respond to the likes of Chaiwalla as that is what he feeds off, just like all the posters felt better about their situation when they started to all have a go at him, Human nature is a weird thing.

I didn't agree with his 99% down prediction and you will find that yesterday I said I expected it to rise in a pre-fundraising hype...Let's see what happens....

Mark do you ever look at the posts made by posters? If there is a pattern of turning up on a share and posting positives incessantly and then disappearing, then it probably stands to reason they are pumping and dumping it.

I only believe in something because I have researched it inside out and even then that doesn't mean it will be a success, you seem to believe something that someone else tells you because it is what you want to hear....

Goodshare never posted on DKE until yesterday and now you are asking them the SP predictions, you were along with others stuck in this and many I could see at the time, were duped in by the ramping crew, you have had 9 months of gut wrenching, not knowing if you had lost all your money, you all got a get out of jail free card and now you are all jumping in with the ramping gang to sucker in others. The posters on here over the last 9 months have gone through hell but now the greed kicks in again the morals have gone out the window and they are doing to others what they complained about back then. The BoD haven't changed their spots, the pump and dump crew won't have either, the poor holders that believed both of them last time, could find themselves in the same mire again.....Caveat Emptor....

The last Half Year results show Net Assets of negative £1.573m , made up of Trade and other payables and Other Creditors.

That has probably got worse and why yesterday's RNS mentioned they and Peterhouse were looking into further financing to allow this year's FY results to be signed off by an Auditor as a Going Concern.

1. Arlington have been taken over by Masdar, they are huge and do not need an LSE listing, they have UAE SWF's backing them.

2. If they RTO another Company, the final entity will have to be over £30m in value, but the Company subject to the RTO isn't going to give you a £30m company just for the DKE listing, they will want a huge share of the Company and current shareholders are likely to see large dilution. People don't set up and work to get a large £30m+ private company to then give it to DKE shareholders.

3. DKE has a listing, it also has a large debt and no cash, so what will a Company give for that?

Davey did DISH announce they needed to refinance before the end of the month as DKE did yesterday?

I wouldn't touch this with a bargepole, you are all going as ridiculous as before the suspension. Some again saying it's going to be Masdar for the RTO.... Really? Masdar are a huge Abu Dhabi based entity, why would they want DKE's listing. The RNS is full of words that should urge caution to investors, I have watched some here, including yourself, go through the whole gamut of emotions and yet you will follow the same route that got you in that position again.

I have been in this position many times with my holdings and also with this Company and BoD previously the CLN was voted down last time but the SP was decimated all the same, I got out when it was announced and saved myself a small fortune. Try not to listen to the sirens here, they do not give a #### about you or other holders....

Peterhouse were the Broker before, so not just the last 10 months, they were ousted after the disastrous CLN Death Spiral they set up and that was rejected by shareholders at an EGM. Shard acted as Brokers at got the Company alternative funding, but must have jumped ship after the suspension. The Company go back to Peterhouse as they had very little other option, with no money, no accounts due to auditing issues and suspended from the market.

Peterhouse were the Broker who sorted the placings back in 2019-2020 after which I got onboard with some HNW PIs who had all take the 0.4p placing, they all jumped ship when they got the price up to a penny....

Coming out of suspension...

Zak is on the RNS because the Company hasn't got the staff to do anything more than copy and paste and change the wording of the RNS, his company were given shares years ago to be DKE's media outlet, he got in Kevin the loudmouth from his Sunday Roast podcast and then they pumped the price up and then got roasted when Kevin had to sell out at a 33% loss due to his inability to understand the death spiral CLN facility.

I wouldn't be surprised to see a similar facility touted as the only way to refinance before the new end of year (now 30th September 2023).

If this relists tomorrow there will definitely be an RNS to announce that, the refinancing before year end has to be done quickly and with one hand tied behind their back I believe they won't have many great options, it will be we got a heavy dilution for shareholders but we kept the lights on, so shareholders should be grateful, type of statement.

Shareholders given that option, won't vote against it like they did back in July 2021....
