The closing price last night was taken from the closing auction (this happens on every share, unless there is no UT trade and it then is the mid price of the quoted spread), the UT trade at 0.81p, the spread was 0.85p-0.95p and it opened the same spread this morning, so the live price is the same as it was before the close last night, so absolutely no change.

Your 'nice start' '11% up', comments either show that you didn't know this or you are in danger of getting called out for baseless ramping after your recent purchase....

The more I read this part of the statement, the more I cannot believe some of the commentary from posters here, many of the pump and dumpers have now gone, leaving behind the die hard PIs.

If they read this in any other setting, would they believe that the deal is ready and waiting to be signed?

Top tip, look at the spreads quoted at the time of the trades and yes they are delayed the larger for longer, look at the subsequent price action and have a wild stab in the dark. Just like yesterday's two large trades it would seem some are offloading, today's trades were nearly 6% of the Company

Verifying others with human trials will take a long time and so I believe it could be someone wanting POLB001 for all applications but with a set of milestone payments set out in the future as and when trials are completed.

problem is, if he says they are in talks with one entity, pis will say that is not enough, if he says he is in talks with more than one, they might get ****ed off and whatever he says people will start to demand more information (meat on the bone).

he cannot satisfy the need for information from pis who have no patience, to try to do so, just makes things even harder for himself. just be patient this is a slow burner and if we wake up one morning to an rns that re-rates the sp upwards, all holders will be happy. those trading, waiting to get in, etc, will not be so happy.

So another trade from yesterday 500k at 19.02p timed at 11.11.45hrs as well, suggests the picture is as blurred as the MMs want it to be, but does look like the 450k was a sell (Roley I stand corrected) allowing another 500k to be filled on a buy order.

There have been lots of paired trades this week and I reckon these are simply sells, allowing the MMs to put a buy through at the same price to get their orders filled, they will make a turn on it somewhere but at the moment they will want to keep the big clients happy and get their orders filled before Newsflow might take the price away from them.

You are making a judgement from what you see, the quoted spread was actually 19p-19.2p, however a few minutes before that trade you could both buy and sell at 19p (see below from another BB), as I said earlier you cannot tell whether it was a sell or a buy (only the MM and the person who was the other side of the trade can know).

When there is a large iceberg seller, there is generally a rise after they finish their sell trade, what's to say the 450k was a buy and the MMs then wanted to get some stock back at a profit, rather than the higher bid prices they have been offering to fill orders?

Can't really tell whether the 450k was a sell or a buy, previous trades was at 18.5p and 19p, trade after was 18.5p, before that there were two buys all day.

They still seem to be filling large orders and this will be done to the detriment of those that think the II's just buy and buy forcing the price upwards. They will have limit orders in and the MMs will move it about and get that limit price by lots of averaging up and down. I suspect they are buying and selling at the same prices sometimes and then a drop will allow them to average and make some money on the turn.

Get a grip some of you, the price has dropped a little, it is still well above where it was in July and nearly double what it was a year ago.

As for no IIs buying in, we can see their holdings going up and we also can see some rather large trades go through each night which seem to balance out the buy/sell ratio after each day's sell off.

That was back in 2018 and didn't happen......Arlington then tried a JV with DKE that failed and then Masdar acquired Arlington.

The link posted earlier was the FCA Technical Note on the new rules, hence it was dated August 2021 and explains when a suspension would take place, now forgive me but I cannot see the DKE BoD being able to give the detail needed by the FCA for them to not to fear the smooth operation of the market being jeopardised.

And if you read the FCA guidance link posted earlier you will see it will be suspended, before any possible RTO news drops...However I still think too many of you are jumping the gun here, the Company is looking for an opportunity to RTO, everyone here seems to think it is a done deal.....It is not...

Maybe the same seller, or could just be the broker charges £6 per transaction and they have a lot of clients that sell by the £ amount rather than amount of shares....Doesn't really matter if they RTO on Monday and you all multi-bag your investments because the owners of the £30m+ Company that they would have to buy out, forgot to own any of it after the transaction... ;o)

I think you have confused yourself by my reference to the pumping done on the 'Sunday Roast' podcast just before the CLN was announced.

I am a member of LSE and have the right as any to post my views here, which I do, they might not be to your liking but they are credible and backed up by logic and experience.

You seem to want an echo chamber of only positive news and for months we have had you post all sorts of emotional posts as your mood swings from one way to the other.

You and others like to use my name when you post and so I will reply with my point of view. I am not like Chaiwalla, I have posted my thoughts and experience of DKE over more years than the majority here have held for and if you don't want to take those comments on board (even to eventually dismiss them), that's down to you....Others may want to.

Please show me where I say that in my own words. Only I don't think I have ever been so bold, I have however pointed out many things that are more plausible than some of the posts written here over the last 9 months....

I would say more realistic, I know the history here (one of missed timelines, broken promises and disappointment), most posters jumped on the RTO bandwagon just before suspension so don't realise the beast that is Dukemount Capital.

I have lost fortunes on some investments and mainly down to Bad management and duplicitous statements from Execs, so forgive me when I read into statements something you don't.

The last RNS said "Paul Gazzard CEO, comments "the process of lifting the suspension of the trading of the shares has taken time. This time has been spent enabling us to move to reposition Dukemount in a manner beneficial for stakeholders as a whole. "

Don't read 'shareholders' when it says stakeholders as shareholders are the last on the list, creditors, Directors and advisors all come first, they will if they manage to RTO with somebody and they will if this goes bust, however they will work to try and get the money back to those who have loaned the Company and that is likely to happen at a great dilution to current shareholders.
