the trade at 0.04p was cancelled and put through at the bid price 0.045p, nothing weird maybe a fat finger when processing the first sell.....

you're back and still pumping ****e, i would never touch this company again as i have stated many a time, it is poisonous and will end up losing investors lots of money... can you remember your 'large' buy two weeks ago? where is that now??

Do you still need to ask where posters are? They were traders caught out by the suspension, they ended up having to hold for a year and then when the share came out of suspension and plummeted they said all sorts of nice things to holders and other traders to get them to buy in and then they sold out around where they got in.

I have watched you get suckered by several disingenuous posters over the past 18 months, to see the few holders left all saying they added after the return from suspension was a little sad, as I feel you were led on by others who ultimately were looking to get out on the back of the buying.

I got out at 0.65p area after they announced the last 'failed' CLN, I got lambasted by holders that had been driven in by Zac Mir and Kevin from the Sunday Roast podcast, he took a huge % of the stock, took over the Telegram group and banned any dissenting views from other holders and then had a huge about turn and sold out at over a 30% loss as he finally realised how bad the CLN was going to be for existing shareholders. The EGM vote went against the CLN and then DKE got another broker in to try and source finance (the broker that organised the CLN were? Yes, Peterhouse.

Sometimes people with opposing views might not seem genuine, but to warn people away from some posters and try and give the correct facts, is actually trying to be genuine to those that are just about to be scammed. When you look back at some of the names from here you will see they arrived just on the possible RTO news (which I personally think was being used by the Company to try and get some finance over the line, just as they did with the £100m company quote from Gazzard previously).

I wish you good luck but please open your eyes and realise you have been in bed with some very disingenuous people and got caught up, hook, line and sinker....

Let's try using the things I spoke of earlier, there are such things as day traders, these guys try and buy the dips and make a profit on any subsequent rise, selling to other buyers attracted by the turn around. They will buy what they can on their account and if it is a random number that is probably because that is all they have available or they have bought a certain amount in £ terms.

Day traders will not want to get stuck in a stock, if they feel it is going to continue to drop or not go up, then they will sell out at a loss and use the capital on their next target. many will make lots of small losses but can make some good money on the rises that do happen, leaving them overall in profit. There is no emotion in the trades they couldn't care less about the Company, sometimes they will try and pump the price up with a few posts on a BB to sucker a few more in.

The lack of emotion is what makes a good trader and a poor investor. The LTHs here would have been better off selling out at 0.15p when they could and investing elsewhere, the fact that a few weeks later they could buy their holding back at less than half the price, makes the decision even more sound, but at the time, everyone was over emotional, terms like 'we've waited this long, so may as well wait it out', ' this could still turnaround' and 'the company must be working on something and will report back to us soon'.

Lastly and most importantly logically, to have the same number reported twice might be possible but when there are 7 separate digits in the number, the chances of it not being the same holder (remember the buy was before the sell) are like trying to win the Euromillions jackpot. So yes I do think it was the same person.

You even started with it as a sell, then changed your mind because that is what you want to hear on the BB, it is not like that, this share has collapsed today as some are bailing out. Why we don't know... Whether they are right or wrong to, we will find out one day....

Now whether that's because they know something we don't, or they fear total collapse and want out now.

Whatever the reason, this is the time to research the situation yourself and not with the echo chamber that is left here on this BB, because although they say what you want to hear, they really are showing their limitations when it comes to knowledge of investing in these type of scenarios...

You are now becoming dangerous to other newbies....

The 12 and 20m trades were sells delayed due to there size, the spread at the time of both trades was 0.08-0.085p, the sell price was below the bid and the collapse in the SP started after the first trade was reported, the second was delayed for 2 hours when the price had fallen so much that it would have been a buy at that time, but it wasn't traded at that time it traded two hours earlier.

I know you are overweight in this share, but your observations are plain wrong whether by desire or just plain naivety again.....

Only if you think this is about self praise, which I don't.

It is about a stage in the process that needs to be reached to progress further, it is all well and good, having novel targets generated by the data and AI, but that needs to be looked at and confirmed by the Scientific board before it can move on with developing lab based confirmations that these targets work.

We have just been informed by RNSNON the Company has reached that stage. If they hadn't informed us then people would moan further down the line that the Company didn't keep them up to date with developments, today they have.

So there was a sell after the buy (the first trade this morning), was sold by the trader this afternoon for a loss....

Over 30 years for me, have made fortunes and lost fortunes, most of those losses were on DKE type 'opportunities' (although I made money from my DKE investment ).

You just come across as a bit rose tinted and if there is anything I have learnt over those 30 odd years, it is experience will make sure you are not carried away and that you step back and question everything. You also build up a huge amount of knowledge about certain things to do with the market....the types of Directors, the types of words used in communications, red flags and how to spot opportunities or take a wide steer.

Most small cap investors lose the lot, to stay in the game you have to learn from your own investing lessons/mistakes, if you don't, you too, will lose the lot...

Can I ask how long you have been investing?

Just look back at the history over the past 6 years, they have struggled to het anything off the ground and moved from one thing to the next, I wouldn't be surprised to see them change tack again and again. There are many companies like that on the markets, lifestyle companies for the BoD and great pickings for the advisors, however without much to show for the long term shareholders.

What has never really sunk in here, is that an RTO by DKE to another company will be massively lop-sided, DKE has no cash, large debt and a listing on the main market still I believe in the construction and development sector. So would still need a Prospectus, etc to change sectors.

So the cost saving of an RTO is already being eroded.

Next how many companies want to list straight onto a main listing (I know DKE could try and RTO and relist to AIM, which might be more suitable due to the rules on market cap).

Lastly if I have a company worth £10m and say value the costs of listing on AIM at £2m then I would want 83% of the company. That leaves 17% for the DKE holders. Now as DKE has no real cash and has debts of over £1.5m let alone the need for a Propectus to change sectors possibly being needed, then the attractiveness of an RTO with DKE is reduced.

Finally why do most private companies look to list? To raise capital from the markets, which would mean dilution for current shareholders or for founder Directors and Stakeholders to realise some of the gains, which may mean they are less intent on delivering in the future, but looking for a way out.

So in a nutshell, I think the DKE Management have acted in a poor manner for years and that has continued up until today and I don't see it changing. There may be an initial profit to be made with a pump and dump on news, but look back to just before suspension and after coming out and you will see the same names pumping this and they have disappeared now.

Good Luck to those that want to persist with it, but please do look at the potential negatives, when you lose all your capital it is really hard to get back, if you take a reduced amount off the table there is still a chance to build it back elsewhere.

My own view on the next news, is it will be about a fundraise as stated in the last RNS, this is likely to be sooner than later, as the Christmas period is not a great time to raise. They drew down £40k in September and that will have been drawn on, now they are out of suspension and apparently looking to secure a new RTO target. While they do that the legal/professional fees will go up so that £40k will not last long. They had £29k at the end of October 2022, and had £1.6m in current liabilities as of a year ago, they have delayed the reporting of the annual results until the end of January (by extending the accounting period) and also state "The directors have continued to take steps to reduce the costs incurred by the Company and are taking steps to best ensure the viability of any future transaction by exploring further funding into the Company alongside the appointed broker to enable the 2023 accounts to contain an auditor going concern statement that is not qualified" in the last RNS......That may be why there is very little buying interest at the moment.....Caveat Emptor....
