As they have only just completed this trial, to cane them for not having published their results is a little bit harsh. You are making your point but now seem a little OTT.
POLB001 wasn't always POLB001, I am sure we will see the results come out when they have them to hand (not all waiting until Q2, 2023) and I am sure they will like to publish them, however probably easier to see if they get a partner onboard, which would suggest the results were worth it.

We were over 10p a few weeks back, after being 4.5p at the beginning of October, if you have never witnessed buy on rumour and sell on news you haven't invested before. I believe the sell off today was overdone, but it could still go down some more. I am happy to be invested at the moment because we will get another uplift at some point and whether that is news driven or just comes about as the shackles get let off (definitely been some large buy orders being worked). There is no way that we could be 1.7m buys against 5.3m sells and still you couldn't buy in any size for most of the day....

There is an auction at 9am, 11am and 2pm and on the opening and close if they are still vying to trade through the auction there is a 5 minute extension to the 5 minute auction process. They have 2 possible 5 minute extensions and then that is it, if they haven't agreed to trade.

This is what he said when the trial was going to start, he doesn't say he data would be published by end of 2022,

It's hardly been the best year for spinning out or an IPO, I would be really annoyed if they spun out DiM into such a poor market.
POLB are using the data and hopefully will be able to monetise their efforts so we will be rewarded there for DiM data. The spinout will come, I am more than happy that Mo has been getting the core really firing and I suspect there have been or will be lots of smaller contracts going through and monetising the asset that costs so much and wasn't utilised properly. The volunteers, screening and organising volunteers is one of the highest costs to the Company and Mo has found ways to leverage this and deliver revenue from those that aren't able to do Challenge trials.

II's don't pay the same prices as retail punters, they will have asked the MMs to gather stock and want a discount to when the orders went in, I think they have been working buy orders for a fortnight or so here and even longer at HVO.

Sianna, Radika can you not understand that many people were invested here before you and have experienced the current BoD, if they want to add their input, so be it, at one point we will see if the 'ten bagger after relisting' are the ones you should be really believing or the ones that have been here before.
You might want to look back at the ramp by Zac Mir on his Sunday Brunch where he got other broadcasters to invest and become large TR1 holders, all to lose lots when they actually listened and realised what they had invested in.
You might want to look back at how Kevin blasted everyone that was warning him about the BoD and the death spiral loan, as he had just taken a large TR1 stake, he took over the Telegram group and banned anyone that didn't have a rose tinted view. He sold out and wrote a grovelling explanation of his poor investment and knowledge of the CLN proposed he lost 1/3rd of his investment, but unfortunately he ramped many other investors into the same loss, the same thing happened the weeks before suspension...
Please don't blame those who weren't ramping you into this, we kept quiet and yet the irony is if we had warned you, you wouldn't have listened anyway.
We all learn by losing money when investing, no one listens to wisdom and experience, they all know better... Unfortunately it rarely leads to a success story as the market knows just how to get the new money in and then consume it all and for those left with anything left can try and work out how to invest better next time...

sianna, doesn't the use of the word suspension generally mean temporary. They cannot say because they had no idea at the time of the RNS whether the suspension would be temporary or a permanent delisting. Please don't get hung up on wording from RNSs, they aren't that clever and will want to sweeten you up so you don't go for them in the meantime.
Radika, all holders are facing a financial loss, it's not a secret, that is why they have to get the accounts signed off and come out of suspension. the alternative is financial loss for holders.

Are you going for II as they didn't warn you about the risk like they did the other share? Is that why you are speaking to them and then the Financial Ombudsman, only I cannot see how the latter can get involved otherwise. You would need the FCA and they will do nothing.
You say you are seeking recompense, so that is why I am asking it seems you feel you are owed recompense and hence the need to talk to II who are nothing more than a non-advisory Broker and then after the Financial Ombudsman.
I still don't get how your advisors allowed you to invest so much in such a risky situation as was happening here?
You are obliged to file a TR1 when you go above 3% holding, that fact that you and some others don't is why it is so opaque to many other investors about who is holding and who is selling, the FCA should crack down on it and issue fines for those not following the rules.
No one here seems to accept the fact that to get accounts signed off will need a large cash injection and that will require more shares issued or a loan, they cannot issue more shares without issuing a Prospectus, they don't have the money for that. So anyone else looking to loan will be doing it on punishing terms as they are taking all the risk and currently the Company in the situation it finds itself in, is not worth a lot.
With the repayment of loans/debts and the need for Prospectus, etc and for a change of business category, the costs and time limits to get the listing out of suspension, it is probably easier and cleaner to IPO from fresh. Shell Companies are only good if they are clean and better if they hold some cash. This is neither.

Any chance we can get back to Hvivo here on this thread, revelling in the abundance of disease and lack of immunity or trying to blame one thing or the other is plainly stupid. Hvivo will be conducting trials into infectious diseases whatever the environment, having had a pandemic and the consequential fallouts, the World will surely be looking at trying to get ahead of the next possible ones and that we are invested in a Company positioned to help with those studies, trials and developments is positive on both financial and human grounds.

Getting boring here, Covid has significantly weakened as it has mutated, like any illness some people can be affected worse than others, Covid is a Coronavirus as is a common cold, Influenza viruses cause Influenza, symptoms of all three can be similar, with some having Covid like a cold and others suffering with it more like having flu.
The main thing about Influenza is it affects the under 5s far more than Covid (which mercifully tended to affect the older generations and those with co-morbidities and less so those healthy younger adults and children).
Research and trials will continue to go into both Influenza and Covid, I suspect that Influenza trials and RSV will take precedence at this time due to having a long timeline to prepare treatments/studies that need trials. Covid is still mutating and so studies and treatments need to keep up before further trials are undertaken, I am sure they will happen just Influenza is a slower moving target and one that has had decades of previous research and data to work from.
