Not sure you are correct about gloating, many people have been saying for a while they would go for a placing in Q1 as they will need more money, others have said they didn't, well yesterday showed what the former were saying was correct and as they had been abused, censored and stalked by some here, they probably deserve their day in the Sun.

What happens next, who knows, but if they need more cash, they will have to get cash somehow.

As for their placing, yep, got my timing wrong and it is at a large discount if they are using it for acquisitions, but there you go. Will take my losses and move on, as I have a large CGT exposure this tax year, so it won't all be wasted.

Meanwhile Doc taking on the BoD here at PYC, looks like they have the fire power to stop the placing, but how to raise the money that they do need?

Looks like Doc's trying to stop the placing as he has a better deal, he will be encouraging PIs to vote against it. A thing with a better deal, is who is it really better for?

I think Sajad's first line earlier in his 11.19am post is classic, it's like picking up someone on their spelling /grammar but doing exactly the same thing...

There were lots of sell trades today (around 30) that looked like they were coming from the same seller, ranging from £450-£975, many of them a couple of pennies over.

There were too many for it to have been individual shareholders and most PIs would sell a round figure amount in shares or end up selling £500 and due to that after costs the amount would be less than the £500, it went on all day and seemed to be relentless.

I bought 750k last night and kept them in smaller lots to get the best prices, but these small batch trades were weird...

Someone has to correct your mistakes Laura and give a different opinion, which in those 15 months has been very close to the reality.

You quite clearly stated "With the raise has only 303 million shares which for an aim company isnt excessive", which is wrong as it will have approx. 470m shares with the raise. So the point was correcting your mistake.

There are currently 303m shares in issue, with the placing and WRAP that would be an extra 166m issued (over half the company's shares currently in issue)

I am not sure you are entitled to an opinion, if you won't let others have theirs. It seems to me you followed in VikR (now pumping NFX) and probably bought high and having then sold at a loss you are having a tantrum like a 5 year old child.

The fact you can't calmly post your opinion without resorting to insulting the Company and it's CEO means not many people are going to listen.

Hmmm, 'now, nearly'...It is still red and the twitter pumpers have done better than you Laura at getting more to buy in. However, there are going to be 166.6m shares at 0.3p issued in under a months time and a lot of them will be going to that same twitter brigade, so they will be churning that.

They have been given nearly a month to play with it due to the GM to get the nominal value adjusted.

The dilution is over 50%, so buying some in the WRAP might make sense but at 40%-50% more than the placing price is nuts...

Last year they announced on 12th March they would be releasing the FY Results on the 18th March, do we think it could be as early this year???

Oh well, no print, surely it didn't tick up on a £246 buy???

Have to see if the same happens with the second tick up? (2 hour delay would be in about 20 minutes)

Expecting a delayed buy in the next minute or so, otherwise earlier tick up on nothing???

Now to me if someone were to vote down the resolutions, it would be very negative, as they obviously need the money. I am afraid our new large holder, just like Burt before, has bought in just before a placing that has diluted the share base hugely! I wouldn't take what he says with a pinch of salt, as the Doc now needs to dig himself out of the hole he created.

If you are buying and selling (pump and dumping) you don't ever build up the amount to go TR1 here.

I also bought several lots before the close yesterday, I had missed the sub 3p chance, but happy to buy at these levels.

They have, it is called OptiMAL, then there is AI/Mlab, OptiPhage and the Opti library.

These are beyond anything else out there, but as anything in the medical arena, it will take time to commercialise them as clients want to evaluate and see validation of the technologies. That isn't a problem to most long term investors, they are happy to wait, because just like buses, when the contracts start to come in, there will be many more to follow.

At this point a chance to buy under 13p is a bonus for many.

So why didn't they raise sooner? Because the SP was below nominal value, they needed it up and promoted to get a placing away at 0.3p. Enter stage left the Doc, ably joined by the other twitter pumperati.

They got the price up and I am sure will be the ones taking the placing, they will then pump and promote this ready to sell into any newbie buyers.

A little like Laura just on a bigger scale.

For the constant promoters on here, the 3 of you should apologise...You have mislead other punters here and ignored what you knew was coming down the line as we have been telling you for many, many months (this time Laura you can't post 'I didn't see that coming').

Today exposes all the lies used by the 'promoters' here about not needing any more cash, that the Company was near breakeven, that cashburn was reduced so much that a placing would not be needed.

Then there was the period you started to censor and delete any posts you deemed negative, you tried your best to drown any posts that stated opinions about an upcoming placing, the price it would be, etc.

That is why you should apologise to the Punters here that came aboard believing you.

I am more than happy with my investment here and believe it will increase substantially. I have been in this for a lot longer than yourself and managed to accumulate a large holding around the 3-4p level. I have added after each placing to keep my holding at a certain percentage, so in effect quite happy to average up.
