Why don't you sell Rocka, you obviously are a brilliant investor and so must have a number of far better investments lined up to invest in, go on take the small loss, you'll get it back in minutes with your huge business acumen.

You might even knock the price down and show us how stupid we are.

Unfortunately, in times of extreme nervousness, the good companies drop as the bad ones have done so already. In essence someone needing to liquidate some cash will sell companies that have done well and they can still get a good return for their buck (rather than one that has already dropped to the point the person would be liquidating losses with smaller cash returns).

As such SML will suffer as the meteoric rise it has seen this year leaves a lot of people in profit and becomes an easy sell if they need the cash.

Hopefully it will blow over and with the impending MRE and other news titbits, this should recover well from these levels, but don't believe it can't drop now and then in reaction to what is going on in the Middle East and it's effect on the global economy.

Good Luck all LTHs, I am looking to add more but not jumping in all at once, trying to be disciplined as lucky enough to have some cash on the sidelines and will want to maximise it's use.

You're not debating, you are telling us your feelings at the present time and we then show you what you were saying a few days ago which was the complete opposite and then it seems like you are trying to sway the crowd to your own book.

Here's a thing, this is a medical company and that means any new development, drug, device, software takes forever to get through all the hurdles before you start to see any validation, approvals and then contracts/sales. That is just the way the medical world (scientists/clinicians) work, if you can't be patient then don't invest. The hard work has been done, now it is a waiting game, but wait we will have to do to get the rewards we believe we will get down the line.

When the share price drops, people buy, look at the chart, this is trading in upward moves, since end of November when it bottomed at just under 12p, then 13p at the end of Jan and more recently every time the SP goes 14p offered we see buyers come in.

Sorry why would the BoD see the posts here???

I hope they are doing something a little more constructive, than reading some moans and groans on a BB.

If it drops other people will buy, it really makes no difference in the scheme of things. I know the buyers of the 2 x £10k lots late on today, MMhater stated he sold them and someone else has bought them (and the MMs make a little turn on the trades).

I am more than happy to wait with my holding here and you can do what you like with yours. In a few months time we will see who made the right decisions, but what I see at the moment, is a quiet period, with a quiet trading volume and a huge potential, exactly the type of stock I am happy to sit and hold. When things get jittery as they are at the moment in the markets, sometimes boring is less stressful.

Tungsten, if when your eyes are open you understand what is written you will see as many have tried to point out to you that it states the "Highest Grade undeveloped Tungsten Deposit" that is very different to what you are saying!

You have started to repeat things that people have rightly tried to explain are not quite right and now you start to get a little tetchy with people who comment on your repeated lines. This BB has always been very useful because people don't need to embellish the facts and many are patient enough to wait for things to develop. For a long time after Brendagate, SML was a rubbish share. They sometimes come good, but good to have a rebalancing of the portfolio if you can do it.

Ploppy Nobkin, It's much better if you are able to shelter some in a tax wrapper, then you do, we all expect it to go higher, so why pay more CGT than you need to, even it is on just a part of your holding?

Have been juggling this predicament with this and another big rising share and the long and the short of it is that you need to load up the ISA before the share takes off. With the CGT allowance now at £3k it really doesn't cushion you.

Transfers to Spouse do not create a CGT moment, however to anyone else they do.

You can transfer into a pension, but although the limit is £60k, I believe you cannot transfer more than you are going to earn in that year.

The other thing is to always register any CGT losses if they arise to HMRC, I sold out of these several years back and registered a large CGT loss, which will be used against some of the gains now, but only because I registered the loss carried forward each year in my tax return.
