Laura, you are a busted flush, you and KingHomer have flipped, you were uber positive about the BoD and what they were doing, abusing others who dared question their worth, deleting their posts, but now you are both supportive of removing them...
You are spending more time on attacking other posters than actually trying to justify why a new BoD should be voted in. Just like you did when people told you that they would need to fundraise again. You have been consistently wrong here and that doesn't look like changing.
There is a mess happening here, whichever way the vote goes and long term PIs will again take the brunt of it, either option doesn't look good, the newbies will strip it for their own good, diluting others down and the old BoD will carry on as usual and the activists either carry on buying up more shares and requisitioning new EGMs or sell out and move on. In all eventualities the Company's business looks to suffer and it was on a fine margin anyway. Loss of confidence in the Company could lead to loss of contracts and then it won't matter who is in charge.
The fact you spent most of a lovely Bank Holiday posting against other posters on here, says so much about you and none of it positive...
