I am voting no to the resolutions to appoint the new directors, however also no to JM retaining the Chair. I haven't got much skin in the game, but this outcome would lead to a further round of discussions and hopefully find the right person to go forward as Chair, the NEDs can then be voted off /replaced at the next AGM and hold PS to his willingness to work on a few more months.

However I am astounded that posters here who have vehemently defended the BoD to any questioning by other posters, are now in favour of dumping them, were you so blinded before or just flip your position with your book.

You are spending more time on attacking other posters than actually trying to justify why a new BoD should be voted in. Just like you did when people told you that they would need to fundraise again. You have been consistently wrong here and that doesn't look like changing.

There is a mess happening here, whichever way the vote goes and long term PIs will again take the brunt of it, either option doesn't look good, the newbies will strip it for their own good, diluting others down and the old BoD will carry on as usual and the activists either carry on buying up more shares and requisitioning new EGMs or sell out and move on. In all eventualities the Company's business looks to suffer and it was on a fine margin anyway. Loss of confidence in the Company could lead to loss of contracts and then it won't matter who is in charge.

Look at the amount of shares issued in the placing and then the amount of shares he owns, take a close look at the last 6 digits, it really isn't that hard.

Looks like Finn Therapeutics were set up by ex-CEO of Fusion and an ex FAB staff member.. They are involved with Invest NI, QUB, etc, so an ongoing client but one firmly entwined with FAB and if this transfer of IP can assist them to raise more funds then there will be more development business coming FAB's way.

There is no connection to last week's drop in SP, he didn't buy in the market, he was the major new investor that 'led' the recent placing.

That's a nice little deal, actually not that little and as said recognised in this year's accounts.

We still seem to have a £5k seller, regularly dropping sells in. They now need to continue the newsflow and start to publicise themselves a little more, so others can see what they do and the huge potential here.

Not necessarily new investors he was new and welcomed in the RNS, existing large investors would have been offered some at the same price level to keep them happy.

That is exactly it, if you want an AI play, then it has to have the best datasets, Fusion with the Opti library has the best by far...Hoping to see more interest in this as we get to the end of March and into Q2 when I suspect we will get into a news rich period...
