King Homer,
You seem to miss that if Doc and others were offered the placing at 0.3p they would have probably taken it, they weren't, so they then hatched the requisition plan (the placing would have been touted to placees well before the announcement, hence the SP drop).
It's all well and good trying to say the BoD didn't get the best price, but if Doc and others were involved they would have happily paid 0.3p and sold it on the next spike(s) like in previous times.
Investors are greedy and don't want to pay a reasonable price, they want it cheap as possible, that is why I said PYC should have raised earlier, before it became obviously too late to get best price. The new placing price was purely to avoid a vote on nominal value of shares, to combat the requisition. Doc, Ian and others did not take part in the Placing as some have stated, they took part in the Open Offer element. I am sure investors in the 0.4p placing, were the same as the 0.3p placing, but upped the price to try and stop the 'golden' goose from being killed off...
Still can't see a good end result for long term shareholders at the moment, from either option...
