It is not that clear they were inside sells, the selling has continued today after the fact, it could just be someone was trying to get out and the placing came in the midst of that.

As one of the largest PI holders here, I am very happy they managed to get the placing away at the price they did and am now able to add some more when I can. The decision to raise is partly that it would seem grant money hasn't yet been forthcoming and also they have lots of leads they need to action and that takes investment, if they do that with current funds they will not be able further all leads, with this cash cushion they can. As I said earlier elsewhere, why poodle along at 56mph trying to conserve fuel, when you can fill up the tank and proceed at 70mph and get to the destination earlier...

More large sells going through (delayed and not delayed), well over a million large sells now, who has that size to sell?

TBH looking at the 200k,100k and 150k sells today at well below the placing price, it looks like someone is just trying to get out, perhaps that is the case and the placing was coincidental. You wouldn't keep trying to drop the price after you bought in a placing or even if that placing has been announced, would you?

Well that was a surprise but also explains the move down wit the SP against solid buying of the selling that was happening.

Yesterday's close was very strange after taking the price down for the 250k and then making the spread fit the 6.75p close.

Let's just say MMs making the most of it. Again today opening with offers below the placing price and people sold???

maybe it's because the miscreant Laura posted this morning that the placing was at 4p (yet another untruth).

So anyway I am happy with the price and looking back at the chart the price got walked down (as it always does) but no discount to yesterday's close in these markets is really positive, as is the comment about VCT investors.

I am happy that they now have enough money to keep motoring on and not having to penny pinch towards all they want to do. Then earlier validation of OptiMal is in all investors interests, but i am sure there are other leads and avenues being explored that required some of the limited budget and now can be pursued.

Reading between the lines it looks like the revenues have come in around, just below what they expected and that the grant funding, still hasn't started so it is very prudent to take this opportunity to increase their cash and at a price that investors could have bought below last week. In an uncertain world with others having to discount placings or even seek to delist, this Company has shown it's quality and support. A good day.

Now looks like they have been cancelled and put through at lower prices so likely to be sells, maybe that is the reason for the large amount being offered earlier this week.

Apart from that trade was a buy and they couldn't quite hold onto it for 2 hours before selling at a loss...

Problem is, when they drop the offer they cut the volume to buy to next to nothing....I think they are trying to draw out more sellers rather than cover sells they have taken. Twice earlier when 7.2p offered I couldn't get more than 20k online.

I posted on here about the trading update and what I thought it portrayed, others berated me, then we had a placing, which we now know the Company had before the Interims and after the TU. The share price was 1.1p bid on the 30th Jan and it is what now after the Interims?

The reason for reading here, is that some people might not share the same view as yourself, but they might have a better grip on what the market is going to do next. Over 70% of AIM investors lose money (there is a reason for that, they all have confirmation bias).

The volume available to buy at a discount tells you all you need to know, they have a large sell they are working. I wouldn't be surprised if it was our recent TR1 holder. I can't see any placees selling at these sub placing levels...

If the 5m buy ticked it up, what ticked it back down again? Looks like a delayed sell gone through...
