That was quick and yes that is good news!!!

I think it will get to the placing price (and possibly lower), due to the wait for the GM. This expectation follows every one of my AIM holdings bar one, that have all placed in the last 3 months. The bar one has a mountain of cash, so safe with that one, but been a game of snakes and ladders in 2025 for me. It's a good decision to raise, the discount and bookbuild show it isn't totally positive, but just over 2 months ago we were at 2p, so in the long term it sets them up to accelerate Redmoor and with the grant matching can get a lot of things moving in the next 12 months. We all await the result of the bookbuild, unfortunately with a bookbuild there is likely a lot of churn once the SP starts moving upwards.

It's an RNS not a NUMAB RNS, they can put as much as they like on an RNS or RNSNON, it doesn't have to be just one thing, especially as it was an RNSNON.

You seem hellbent on proving you are, what most people think you are on these BBs, think about that...

Perhaps I am reading this wrong, but for the last 2 years they have had revenues around £600k and expenses of about £1.2m.

So please understand it doesn't matter how low your cash burn is compared to other companies on AIM, if it is twice as much as your income then it is not sustainable without further fundraises.

As for your other babble, stalking people across other threads doesn't help the share, everyone who posts gets told 'good luck with XYZ' or even that you don't know how much they follow the wider market because they only post on PYC, you're deluded to think that your constant misguided attempts to ramp it will help. Decent discussion, acceptance of other people's views and positions and realism will prove a much better way of attracting new investors here.

If you think contracts like this morning's RNS are game changers, they are not, DoesmeRX is the thing that might change the perception to new investors, most other CROs have machine learning and AI capabilities and some of them have lots of data to feed into that, so being AI in itself isn't a positive, if the dosing tool works and can be improved as they go, then that would be...

They'll come soon enough, but the offer is currently at mid price, so we need a bit more to see us into the 7's and leave the 6's behind for good. If the SP mirrors the downward curve from before the placing in early March, then I expect it to trend sideways/slightly up this week and make a decent move upwards after Easter.

There is a lot of opportunity out there at the moment and holders will wonder whether this is worth waiting for, at the present time, because Sushi is right about one thing, their cashburn is a lot bigger than their revenues and that isn't sustainable without placings, we have seen one recently, but we really need to see some more decent contracts and news from DosemeRX to see this garner any more interest from the market.

There looks to have been one particular buyer of £19k of stock earlier, as those 4 trades were round £ values -£6 fees.

This is primed for a move back up, there is just some consolidation going on and this gives an opportunity for some to keep loading up around the placing price.

That's a great result, they still haven't got the Rathbones holding right on the website but have added Cannacord now.

So no real selling down from placees, so can't see why the price should still be below the placing and should see it move up on that RNS...

I've got issues??? I am not posting to myself all and every day (mostly non facts and Trumpian deflection tactics) and then when someone does post you attack them by mentioning their other shares to deflect from their messages. that as long term holders. they aren't happy with where the SP has gone and why.

I am not a long term holder but I hold a substantial amount here, due to the low price and making profits here already, so I cannot moan, but I can understand some people being unhappy with progress thus far.

It doesn't, the spread is the same, however the LSE system has used the UT price as the price since it was traded earlier. As I said LSE seem to be having problems with their feed, this is nothing to do with Market Makers playing about, it is purely the LSE feed not working properly. Try looking elsewhere and you will see them display the mid as unchanged.

Well Unicorn didn't add in the placing, however their holding is correct on the FAB website, Rathbones are still not updated from their last TR1 though.

The value in a takeover is not for someone to try and shield against tariffs, but when someone wants to buy the platforms and IP that Fusion have developed over the years.
