Hit them with a fill or kill or a limit order at 6.3p they have to deal up to 30k if they are quoting that 6.3p offer, if they don't they will at least adjust the quoted offer....

The delayed sell nearly £14k did the damage earlier and reduced the price to this level.

I would like to say I wonder if that is our TR1 holder, but that would just upset Laura, but Laura tried to insinuate that when the person bought those shares on 21st March at 0.436p...

Vote is on Monday, I believe the price was kept below for the vote to go through and to try and get any nervous sellers out, Trumponomics, etc unsettling everyone, however, after the EGM I suspect we will start to see newsflow..... Today is the start of the new FAB trading year and I suspect this one will be a very good year for FAB!

Calm down this is the PYC thread and I am sure that everyone would rather stick to PYC here.

The fact is you can currently buy at 0.4048p a share and the recent placing which was at a discount of 37.5% to the previously mid market closing price, was at 0.5p...

They are facts and you can't change them...

No HVO hasn't had a placing recently....FAB hasn't dropped 10% to the placing price at the moment and is only below because the 2nd tranche of placing shares has to be voted on next Monday (Also the FAB placing was at no discount to the previous close).

You seem to spend too much time worrying about other people's shares, do you not have any of your own to worry about?

Can't believe that you can now buy at a near 20% discount to the placing and WRAP offering....

The hassle of having to report it, having brokers contact you asking whether you want to sell when they want stock, having to give your details out to all and sundry on these cesspit BBs...

Mainly I use that level as a point when I have enough as a PI, going over 3% in one company is quite a risk as a PI.

You know Mo only sold enough to cover the tax and has kept the rest of the options he exercised, so stop lying, CF sold, Mo exercised his options and used some of that stock to cover the tax bill, which is a perfectly natural and sensible way to exercise a large amount of stock options.

In the meantime there seems to have been a little more buying interest in the last 20 minutes...
