I was in the pub by 6pm watching the cricket yesterday.

I shouldn't need to remind you that I don't need to answer any questions, but you seem to be asking why I didn't take a break from my holiday to remark on BBs? Can you not read??? When I go on holiday that is time for me, my family, sun, sand and decent food and drink, so the phone goes into the hotel safe and I relax...Why is that too difficult to understand? I couldn't deal where I was, so no point in worrying about my investments until my return, hence closing any long settlement trades before I went.

As for your concern that I didn't comment on other posters while I was away, read the above and think about how your behaviour and need to post after everyone else, is the outlier and that it could be you that needs help...

Finally my last remark before I went away was about the Beyond Blood RNS, the umbrella of opportunities to develop new products with Beyond Blood, sounds great, but where are PYC going to find the money for that development?? That is my concern at this time and all the other news since doesn't change that.

So the MMs have reduced the bid and seem to have taken someone for 60k at 9.2p???

However it is currently more expensive to buy shares than it was late yesterday afternoon...

I didn't think I had any questions to answer, I had clearly stated on the 10th July I was off on holiday and unlike you I use a holiday to relax and get away from my companies work and everything else and yes it was very good to do so.

You may note I also don't post over weekends, because I try and keep some time to myself and not get besotted with Bulletin Boards, quite simply it is good to have a life away from this, you should try it.

It's hard to comment on things that you didn't see and I don't need to go back over old ground to find them, you make up for it anyway because I am sure you have made the most of those posts and posters, you even seem to know what filtered posters say which is incredible......

I don't need to comment on everything and every poster like yourself and I have had two weeks on a lovely holiday, so certainly didn't need to comment during that time. As for the 3% of FAB, yes I am considerably better off than when I went on holiday, which is very nice, but expect multiples of the current price.

I think it has been you mentioning FAB on here and I just had to correct your fiction.

Absolute rubbish from Laura there, FAB have large grants to further some projects, have their top platform in validation with the NCI in the USA and a Patent Grant for that product and the methodology for that platform due next week. It has lots of cash in bank to push the commercialisation of it's platforms (note the plural), it also has £5m in grant funding in terms of Pro Bono use of property, state of the art equipment and staffing to further their developments as part of the FMI. They have just received another grant of £545k, the primary purpose of the grant is to develop a humanised antibody targeting and activating the DR5 protein on cancer cells for the treatment of cancers which are resistant to other therapies, with a goal of having a clinic ready therapeutic asset at the end of the project that can be licenced to third party pharma companies or biotechs. (The NCI have found several targets for cancer that they have then had validated).

It is so far further down the road than PYC, that is why there is suddenly some interest in the share, but it will continue at pace, as and when the OptiMal platform and the Optiphage platform start to see licensing deals or indeed someone steps in to take the lot.

At it stands I could buy 1.75m of PYC now at 0.47p, exactly what it was 3 weeks ago when I did buy that amount. Three weeks ago to buy FAB would have cost 6.2p which can now be sold at 10.5p. You can now see why I sold the 1m PYC after the Beyond Blood news rather than roll the trade, this still has a long way to go to get anywhere near proving itself and in the meantime there will be your pump and dumps, but even they are not so good as everyone is wary of them.

Currently very difficult to buy any quantity and can sell above mid-price...

They've got to try and get some stock back and averaging down on a drop is one way to do it, I am sure that as some leave/reduce, others will be looking to add at the lower entry points.

Your need to know everyone else's business, is unhealthy (you even asked OSD whether he had added recently earlier after his posts, which I assume you took as negative).

It's no wonder you are the only one posting incessantly here, no-one else can be bothered and yes I still hold a sizeable amount of shares here, I answered a post from OSD with my reasoning behind today's SP action, I know it differs from your Thought Police actions here to keep the rampy narrative going at all costs. WE can all see whether your narrative has in any way come true at PYC or has made anyone any investment gains...

No just couldn't be bothered to post, when not a lot to be said and been busy on other things.

I did sell 1m this morning that I bought on a T20 a week ago, as I am on holiday this weekend and need to close out any trades that settle while I am away.

However I also bought the 1.75m yesterday, which will be open after I get back, that one is underwater but I am sure you will try your hardest to ramp this up at one point (can you wait until I get back).

Yet again the constant rampy posts from you have been shown to be untrue, so it will get harder for you to ramp this as people can see your trading this around the pump and dumps.

If today's RNS showed some finance to cover the developments in the partnership expansion, then I would have probably rolled the T20, however without that I am happy to reduce exposure and wait and see. What a difference a day makes, buying more in anticipation of news, then getting the news and wanting to reduce....

Firstly, Laura has been telling us all the dosing tool was implemented and being tested by physicians, last year. I countered this claim and now it can be seen that there has been extensive tweaks, changes, to get to the point of implementation onto the platform and it is still a way away from being placed with physicians for human validation.

"Following several iterations of software deployment, evaluation and debugging, the Company has successfully implemented its dosing software onto DoseMe's latest platform. This now allows the tool to be made available to clinicians and health care providers on a research-only basis allowing for important human factor evaluation and additional validation data to be generated"

This puts it well behind the timeframes being touted here, which some people will have believed.

Secondly the 'umbrella' categories suggest a lot of development and as can be seen further up the RNS previous development has relied heavily on grant funding to happen, are PYC in a position to afford all this extra development, especially after the above implementation has slipped and therefore will the company need more funds to continue this. Now Burt will say that is good as the funds will be used on developing possible future revenue drivers. However we all know that not everything that goes into development makes it through to revenue generating, timescales and development budgets always get stretched in the medical device area and take far longer than investors think and as early investors see their holdings all but wiped out by dilution over this time, they end up with a not a lot even if the company is ultimately successful.

So it is understandable why some are reticent to invest and others are calling it a day on every spike.

Looks to me that there is an overhang and although the MMs want to move the SP up, there is one of them needing to clear the overhang first. I am assuming the trades over 0.3p are buys?

I think it is admin more than they were both deleted in reality, I take it as a Broker's crossed worked order where someone has sold and someone bought them, likely to be a large holder working a sell order and broker's trying to fill.

I think you are confused with the term tree shake, you yourself have made a lot about there not being any decent bid limits, this is therefore not a treeshake, it is normal trading in a quiet period. A tree shake is specifically done to try and gain some stock from sellers (much like shaking a ripe fruit tree will see fruit drop from the branches). Sometimes it does get some stock, other times it is met by buyers when the offer gets to an attractive level, last night and this morning's price action and trades suggests that is what happened.

Currently 3 times as many buys as sells this morning...

On AIM the SP will always drift down when there is a lack of newsflow. This is because the MMs want to generate more trade and it is easier to scare someone out of a position by dropping the price, than encourage them to buy into a position by raising the price. So movements in price tend to drift down, together with the odd treeshake (a unexplainable bigger drop), when that has become low enough to get buyers back in the price will rise up again. The MMs have had this at a large spread for a while now, which was a sign of relatively little trade. I see that changing very soon, with newsflow picking up.

We know when sellers make the price drop, but on the 29th May the SP was lower than it is now, so there must have been buyers to take the price up.

Yesterday saw twice as many buys as sells and the big buys were going through at a time when the MMs were lowering the offer (the treeshake), the last sell (100k) was after the price had dropped and therefore was a reaction rather than a cause.

Apart from the fact the SP was dropped on no apparent large selling and obviously some large buys going through, so today we have twice as many buys than sells and the price dropped. I would expect a follow up of buys in the morning and the price to rise back again (so a 'treeshake') or alternatively a decent RNS and the price gaps up (definitely a 'treeshake').

As always we all have different opinions....
