Guzzler, you were claiming Darkryder's 50p buys were some sort of trading scam, you seem a little paranoid.

If you hold you will be happy to continue to do so, knowing what is coming up.

However people do have reasons to sell and most of them valid. Likewise people will sit on their hands before they see others make a move on the buying side.

As for Bed and ISA why pay for that when you can do it yourself, I actually managed to make a bit of money on the turn for my trouble.

Buys coming in now and noticeable that the selling stopped at 13p, there are delayed buys now going through, MMs delaying 45k buys now, it's a 30k NMS so they aren't leaving much to spare LOL!

Can sell 400k and buy 125k with a penny spread, on the plus side Darkryder can get 4 shares now....

I bet there are a lot watching with interest....

That really doesn't make sense....

Surely when the price drops, the bid will get hit as others then fearful of further falls start to sell, there will be a lot of people nearing their buy in levels and others watching a loss grow from purchases higher up. There are a multitude of reasons to sell.

My reason to sell some recently was to buy them back in an ISA to shelter from CGT, and thankful I did as at 10p levels even now I have saved myself a potential £1600 in CGT.

This will move back and could do at any time, in the meantime the MMs will want to lower the price to average down and holders that are nervous will react, there's a lot that aren't though and will hold reducing the liquidity and meaning any rise is likely to be a sharp one, as we have already seen.

The 1.5m was from yesterday and together with a 500k and 2 x 250k from yesterday (18th August) make up what I believe could be the 2.5m shares I posted about.

The unknown trades from today were buys but not from any larger buyer.

We'll see tomorrow if we get any TR1 notifications.

I think we will get another Dowgate RNS tomorrow saying they have added another 2.5m to take them to over 12% on the 18th August.

I don't think it is them, they have already done something rather strange in reducing and almost immediately buying back in again, if they reduced again they will get pulled up on it.

I believe it is either a holder at just below 3% and if so they must nearly out at 9.25m sold (there can always be errors in what trades are who), but also Daniel Holliday reduced back in July as he was adding to his CPX holding, he has added to that holding again recently, so it could be??? I don't think we will have long to wait, there were about 500k more buys than sells today, if the seller is still active I expect to see some more 150k, 100k and 50k trades go through normally bunched as 250k totals.

Are there quite a few buys going through below mid?

Looking at the rounder trades since Friday they total about 8.6m, if that is from the same person and they are under 3% TR1 figure, then they are nearly done. If however it is someone with a notifiable amount then they are not issuing TR1s at every % point and we won't know until they are done.

Not sure that is very credible, large buys maybe but why large sells?

I tend to agree as the 50% on the publication of a new MRE, which we know will happen and 505 on reaching 0.5p is a little underwhelming. However if they get LC sold, and can come up with a much larger MRE after drill results, then they deserve it.

Point is they are unlikely to exercise them for just 25%, so I don't see them being exercised until the SP is much higher anyway...

It will lock them in if there is a takeover of the Company down the line, which must be a distinct possibility once LC is divested...

The Blackpool trial is with Beyond Blood and has nothing to do with the implementation onto the DosemeRX platform, does it?

Lots of excitement about the value of dosing tools, can you confirm that PYC has some dosing software and it is DoseMeRX that have the dosing tool?

I would think before DoseMeRX actually try and commercialise the PYC software they would need to validate it with Physicians (as stated) and this will take quite a time before they can validate the software using real life results. How long would a cancer drug treatment take? I know from experience that treatment usually takes many months. Again I don't see DoseMeRX using the Blackpool hospital trial as anything other than an adjunct, to validate the software's use on the DoseMeRX platform, will be done by DoseMeRX in conjunction with some of their physicians.

I am also interested in how PYC can protect their software? Do you know if they have applied for anything to protect their IP? There are many companies using AI to develop new software and or to read data and produce results from that, how easy is it to replicate or even improve on what PYC have developed?

"Following several iterations of software deployment, evaluation and debugging, the Company has successfully implemented its dosing software onto DoseMe's latest platform. This now allows the tool to be made available to clinicians and health care providers on a research-only basis allowing for important human factor evaluation and additional validation data to be generated."

Can you confirm,

1. This was a delay in getting the software implemented onto theDoseMeRX platform, from the original expectation?

2. That if they were only in July started to roll it out to some Physicians on a research only basis for further validation. that this validation period is likely to be a period of 12-18 months, or perhaps more?

Only after investing in medical stocks (Pharma, Biotech, Device manufacturers and CROs) for decades, I can confirm that times for validation are long, that timescales are rarely met and patience is needed in truckloads to see a product/platform actually get to commercialisation.

Happy with the update, missed out on the chance of adding some more yesterday afternoon, but got some this morning at 0.3p, just been reported....

Perhaps you ought to read my posts, rather than Laura's take on what I posted.

Yesterday's post was because I spent a few years working closely with Prostate Cancer charities with point of care testing at events, I was also a large shareholder in a Company that produced a point of care test, using a finger prick of blood and giving a quantitative result in 10 minutes. It seemed a game changer in a prostate cancer screening situation. I lost faith after it was bought out by a Canadian Urology company that then shelved the product as it was competition to their own products.

So the report that Laura posted had absolutely nothing to do with Beyond Blood or PYC or their offerings.

I noted King Homer was allowed to 'have a life' after not posting for a while and yet when I went on holiday Laura 'found it strange' I didn't interrupt that to make comment on two bit RNSs....

Laura is a pariah and some here still can't see it. If you want to see my position on PYC's future please go back to 10th July and read my posts there and just to say that the last small contract RNS didn't help...Whether or not I think PYC is going to come good somewhere down the line, I believe there will be another fundraise this Autumn and it would be mad to stick around for that dilution and subsequent downward re-rate. Since the last placing the SP hasn't managed to get a foothold above that placing price and now sits well below it, that to me is a sign that others feel the same way, so watching but very relaxed....
