I stand by the fact that you have used gross figures for the placing proceeds and ignored any cash depletion from the December 2024 to the placing date. Also they have increased staff numbers, so where have I got it wrong?

Again I haven't deliberately made up a quotation and claimed it was in a Company statement when it isn't....So to trust you and your predictions would be rather naive...

Your response is actually a set of flawed assumptions and made by yourself and not the company or any analyst.

I tried to pick you and Laura up on this previously, your starting points are wrong, the placing proceeds were gross and the costs will have been a substantial chunk of the total and the 3269k figure was cash as of 31st December and there was the period between then and the placing where they will have been spending that cash. So to use both figures is wrong.

Then you have no idea of the progression of the contracts signed, delays are happening all over the CRO market, Laura seems immune to the fact the CEO remuneration figure was for part a year as CEO (so will in fact be more for full year) and they have hired extra staff in 2025. They have also increased marketing and conference attendance, these little things all add up.

They will need a strong cash position to strike any deals with others, as no-one will risk a JV with a company living on scraps, this is their dilemma and wrt the Dose Me statement all those things require investment and I suspect PYC doesn't have the cash to do so at this time.

If the Company haven't said that, where do you get that from?

It shouldn't affect HVO really, but it is another sign that politics has taken over the industry and they are all reticent to commit to anything now things have changed so massively, tariffs, RFK jr, pricing disputes all mean disruption and because of that who wants to commit to big ticket decisions until things become clearer.

There will as you say, be some very qualified staff looking for work, but I think that is from many companies at the moment, this one has just hit the headlines, they are all tightening their belts.

That is totally correct, the current SP is here due to uncertainty. It could still go down a little but the upside move would be greater if they do announce a contract. They are working on some big ones, but the situation in the US has meant that Pharma don't know whether they are coming or going. So at the moment the Company has battened down the hatches, cut costs and are waiting for the situation to look a little more assured. In the meantime the recent acquisitions are building and work at CRS to improve efficiency there are ongoing.

I don't think it is the case that more contracts will be cancelled, but more of the ones they are working on, don't get signed and I don't think we will ever find out about them, so to me the down side is limited from that side of the business. It may continue to drift on no news, but the spike on any meaningful contract could be worth holding for.

Looks like the timing wasn't bad either, Prop I looked back yesterday and the first shares I bought were at 2.09p Ouch! I held over 2% of the company at one point, along with DVH we both had huge holdings, I finally bailed out the last shares at around 0.6p. I had pulled apart the Cobre figures and got them to correct an RNS which was misleading, all trust had gone in the then BoD. I kept watching feeling this owed me something and re-entered as I saw Cobre improve and as Tungsten's importance grew. Been adding clips ever since, I do believe they will get Redmoor up to a point of sale and although I will only believe it, when I see it, if they can sell LC then who knows where the SP will be?
