Laura you can read back to your posts just after 7am this morning, the antagonist was you! You then had to bring in other companies to broaden the antagonising. Then when you can't answer, you start to post on other company threads to add to the turmoil.

I have every right to post and you don't hold exclusivity on posting on any BB.

I have explained my thoughts quite clearly over the Summer, I believe they are bringing in small contracts at the moment, but their cost base is getting higher, they need to develop more on the DoseMeRX partnership which will cost money, their cashburn will have been increasing and they don't have enough cash to do everything they need to to grow. That says to me they will have to refinance at one point and having sold before the last placing (Thanks to someone increasing the liquidity at 1p+) and seeing the subsequent drop (which the SP is still well below), I suspect many more in the market believe the same thing. Time will tell...

Laura, You seem to be getting a little desperate, have you found where I said I had totally sold out of PYC? I'll give you a clue, you will be a long time, because I haven't.

As for your questions, I have explained before that it seems incredulous that you think you have the right to have your questions answered just because you post here more often than the rest of the posters put together.

By the way some of your questions have distorted what I said and that is one of the reasons I won't answer to you, you have a habit of twisting the facts.

Thank you for your enquiry, I think you already know that there is no requirement for anyone to declare their holding until that holding goes above 3% of the issued shares in the Company.

I can confirm that I hold more shares than Colin Walsh and I hope that clears up any queries you may have.

You are quite right about moving some of my holding into accounts that have a tax wrapper, this is common sense investing for a long term holder who believes the share price will continue to appreciate substantially.

I believe FAB will continue to increase in value and as the CEO pointed out that this is likely to be in incremental step changes.

Laura, I am not telling where or where not to post (like you do), I am suggesting that posting to yourself all weekend may look a little weird to some (far more than being awake after midnight).

I still hold a few shares here so have every right to post here using your twisted logic, I could post here if a didn't hold any shares as a member of LSE and this is a Bulletin Board. If only shareholders posted it would not be very balanced and people would all fall for your p&d game, however here you have been stuck, with the price just falling, I am sure you take money out from PYC to play that game elsewhere and we see you pop up on all the bombed out SPs ramping away for a few days to only then disappear again and on to the next one. It was very obvious when you tried ramping PYC back in December across other boards and thankfully I managed to play a game back on you and front run your p&d efforts, I hope others have learnt to not be so trusting with people like you on these BBs, a recipe for disaster.

The reason you don't like others sharing this, is it stops you from playing your con games and suckering in more naive investors.

And Wasa I’ve been trying to tell you all along since HZM that you got lucky on a few shares and your a high risk gambler , yes it can come off but I suspected you would lose the lot which came to pass Barr your 50 grand which you sensibly walked away with on re-list

If you wanted to invest in gold you should of done 10 gold companies with maybe GRL as 1% of your portfolio

Better goodies with dividends higher

Imagine that 2 million you had spread around in income stocks you should have had compounded interest of 200 grand a year and have 3 million now at the worse case medium risk strategy.

But you choose 500 grand in here , 500 grand in the Tasmanian one that went under as well

And HZM that went under

I like you am a gambler and that’s why I know your a gambler , please only ever invest again if you don’t need it or know it’s a gamble

I’ve done a similar thing to you and could not help it as I have a problem high risk gambling

I now have one company I’m in for a big gamble and that’s the last of my pension I won’t learn !!! But I never put new money into the stock Mariket as my brain isn’t designed for it , bricks and mortar and physical stiuff is far better for a gambler like you.

I still like to follow the market and allow myself a gamble with spare money

But most definitely learnt my lesson by losing most of my money like you .

I would stop going on about people posting after midnight and perhaps have a look at your postings, you seem to spend most weekends posting away to yourself, there are many reasons why someone posts at a time or doesn't post at another, but most realise that posting 7 days a week really is an addiction.

Really? What evidence do you have that there are shorters building positions? This is too small to get the borrow.

What you are seeing is holders selling, some of which could be looking to buy back cheaper, but the majority are traders moving on to the next thing as they do.

Setting sell limits on your holding is not going to change that. Just be patient, the news will drop out of the blue and many will miss out. I do not want to be in that situation, but still looking to move some stock into SIPP and family ISAs, so I am transferring on the drops 😁

I think baiting other posters about manners and respect shows a complete lack of both.

However, I would like to point out that there is more than revenues to attribute a Company valuation.

The financial situation, forward prospects and timeline for development events and new product launches. This also needs to be set by the Company and not a few BB posters. As can be seen throughout this BB the posters history of timelines and figures is sadly wanting when it comes to the reality of things.

Sorry my bad, his other company (with Cooley as large investors, as well as here and CPX) is EAAS, which has had another large holder selling off, this morning it looks like the remainder of the holding was sold to another large buyer, I believe that is what Daniel Holliday was selling here for, to purchase those shares. Check out EAAS RNSs for the remainder of the week.

But if the theory is correct then Holliday was selling here to buy there and so the overhang here has finished and the SP should go back up a little on the RNSs that seem to have been overlooked because of the large holders playing around with their holdings.

There has been a large holder selling down over there and he may have been able to pick them up on the cheap, over here he had Dowgate picking up most of his sells.

I think he has sold what he wants at the moment otherwise wouldn't need to TR1 until finished or below 3%.

I mentioned him yesterday and spent the day looking at his dealings here and at CPX and EAAS (all with Graham Cooley being a major shareholder), back in July he reduced here and added at CPX and he added more CPX early this month, I think he has been using the sales from here to add more CPX.

I sold some on the 4th August and bought some back just before the close, I couldn't get a quote for all of them. In the morning I arrived home after the opening and the release of the Patent grant RNS and to my surprise saw the price had dropped as the initial 'sell on news' brigade were moving out, I got 100k at 9.45p having sold the day before at just over a penny more.

That was very lucky on my part and could easily have gone the other way, which it did after my buy and it closed that day at 10.75p.

I am sure I posted about it on the day.

Guzzler, I sold them and bought them back cheaper as I didn't buy the second lot until the next morning, would a decent broker be able to do that for me?

You're right about not being smart when it comes to the ISA because if I had transferred earlier in the tax year, I could have got nearly double the amount of shares in at a lower price. What a problem to have when you can't get all your FAB shares into your ISAs and SIPP
