Each to their own and good luck with your future investments.
I would disagree with nearly all the points you make, especially regarding that dilution has occurred whenever the SP has gone up. I would exclude any dilution from exercise of options/warrants, which really no one can control the allocation of these is normally done many years before the exercise actually happens and isn't news/SP related.
With regards to direct cash subscription dilution, there's only been 3 in the last 12 months. Only the last 12.5m was done at anytime related to a spike in the SP. IMO this cash raising exercise was in the planning much before the SP spike and was associated much more with moving the project through the key next stages, the FS, license updates, payments for resource increases, etc.
As I've previously said on here, that since the last resource update in May, the SP is still up about 35% and in that time there has been a 22% dilution as mentioned above. The SP is up on the back of new real news, in a time that our peers have seen a fall in the SP.
Even over the last 7 weeks, the SP has still only fluctuated by about 15%, sometime up /sometimes down. It hasn't been a one way free fall.
From monitoring other mining companies and the progress of SAV SP, no news does create a situation that the SP is tested more downwards then up. It's the name of the game in these shares.
Lastly, there's many reasons why someone would want out now. Short term traders requiring cash flow to move onto their next potential quick return share, LTH freeing taking some profit again for cash flow (though having read from many LTHs on here, I doubt this one very much), could also be a behind the scenes transaction (there's people on here that know much more about this type of transaction that might explain more).
IMO I don't see these end of day trades as someone knowing something and thinking now is a good time to exit.
Anyway I've probably bored (no pun) you enough already and as I say, I respect everyone's one decision as to when to buy and when to sell. You always need both sides to make a transaction occur.
