On a serious note, it does show the tightness of finance.

But on the flip side it makes a very good reason why having such an asset like MdB in a Western Europe country is so good for SAV. Should make finance easier to raise, even if tight at the moment.

Slide 18 gives details of the 'Targets' completed previous years and those to be completed in years to come. This does show signing Offtake Agreement being in 2019 and not 2018.

I agree with Trisse, that this isn't a simple process.

Whilst I'm currently going through the process of selling a house/buying some land for development I've got a greater respect (maybe only for now) of all the i's to dot and T's to cross in something far more complicated like an Offtake agreement.

Jonners...SAV were one of the first NCAP companies to make the NOMAD announcement, some others only issued the same statement in the last week, SAV took a matter of days/weeks to issue this. I take this as a sign the BoD know the importance and are on top of the situation. I don't even know if the formal regulatory sign-off has been received for SPA taking over NCAP. As was said at the time, getting 'A' NOMAD isn't a major issue, getting the 'right' one takes time, thought and effort.

Then again you needed something else to complain about, as it looks like the kids from UCL haven't developed an alternative to Li by Xmas as you was expecting in the summer.

Like I've said before, I welcome all options good or bad on this forum. But I do wonder why you take so much time to put down a company that you obviously have zero interest in.

You make it sound like RT go around snapping up projects all over the place with comments like 'RT not interested, seems to say it all'. My understanding is RT only has 1 interest in Li via the Jadar project in Serbia, so not exactly a company that has Li top of its agenda. Yes RT do have more interest in Cu so our Oman Asset could be of interest to them but is it on a scale that appeals to RT?

Lastly on RT should also been noted that until SAV got involved with Moz, RT had owned it since 2002. SAV can hardly be accused of taking time on this having only been involved for 2 years now.

If I had more money available now I'd be topping up.

I could be wrong, but didn't he step down from BCN back in July 2017? So before the rise and fall in the SP there. It's not like he's joined us directly from BCN as if to be jumping ship.

I agree with most posts over the last few days that these RNS are showing that SAV has intention to see this through and become something bigger. It's not just short term appointments to keep investors happy or waste t he 10mn+ in the bank.

So Jonners you want a TO and think this is exactly what DA and BoD want. Exactly at what price would you want this? What value are you putting on SAV? Where are you getting this value from? What company do you want the TO to come from? Do you want it in Cash or Shares? Or maybe a splitting of SAV and a TO for one part, maybe just MdB? I take it you've thought about all of these questions?

Me...happy just to let SAV remain an indepenant company that grows into what it will eventually become, with a SP that reflects it's true future value.

Will Angela Merkel hint of possible developments in the Euro Battery Alliance when making her final address to the EP later today? A few reports are stating....Merkel is expected to put most of her efforts into expanding euro crisis-lending facilities, such as the ESM, as well as the creation of a budget for the eurozone focused on financing investment in innovation and development in poorer EU states.

What better way of helping one of the poorer states (Sorry Portugal but you might fall into this category) then to have collaberation between what will come the country with the largest Li Mine in Europe and the country with the most need for Li.

Interesting that I received an email from my ISA/SIPP provider earlier today, that was regards to the NOMAD announcement last week. Assuming that any other PI with the same provider also got the same email, it seems to have spooked some of them into selling now if you look at number of trades and volumes involved in last hour or so.

This is despite it being just repeat of the RNS last week. Which at the time was discussed on here as being a bit of no-news. Sure there's plenty happy to pick up what's being offloaded at what I see is a heavily discounted price at present.

If I'm correct the price in the SS was $685, if so this is about 25% more then the min price below but looking at it the other way it's about 40% below the Max Price below.

So seems that the SS price was conservative. I may be wrong but even at $550 MdB should still be profitable, where some mines might struggle at this price. Possibly creating supply/demand price increases.

Interesting to see the latest SAV tweet about Formula Student. Given my joint interest in motorsports and Li, I've often thought it would be good for SAV to maybe spend a few Euros on promoting/sponsoring via Formula e.

Maybe linking up with Portuguese driver Alex da Costa. The Portuguese are big motorsport fans, despite not being on the F1/Fe calendars at present, it would connect with the community.

Just a thought.
