So 55,000 full discharge of 641 miles, that gives you a car with 35,225,000 miles on the clock....mmm hope it's a new set of brakes and tyres in that time!

Even if the current did just manage 550 discharges doing about 180 miles. This is still 99,000 miles on the clock, so probably enough for most drivers.

There will be advances in technology but as said many times, the focus for now will be on getting drivers into EV's using proven current technology. Look at the March 2019 new registration figures today, the only good news from these were the EV sales. Drivers want EV cars now....they want more options to be available now based on current battery technology.

Not sure how serious to take your feedback, when you don't even quote the correct CAPEX amount, Scope Study detailed this as 109mn so there is actually a figure to refer to, but you just quote 50-100mn to set-up (so a 200% difference in your amounts alone).

Plus, whoever would expect a mining company to have this amount of cash just sitting around and waiting to be made available for when development starts. If I'm wrong then happy to look at previous examples where this has happened.

The bulk of this CAPEX will come from banking facility (secured by off-take, etc), external funding (Port Gov, EU, etc), some share holder raised capital, etc. Again, I say this based on reviewing previous examples.

All for anyone to have an opinion but at least quote what is known and not speculation.

Fairly similar with Jonners comments, when SP is going down for reasons above. Jonners makes more comments about price, when SP rises no where to be seen. The cycle is the same :-)

Are you talking about the LSE RNS notification email? If so, I did get it but it went to my Junk email box, so IMO a LSE or mailbox issue. Nothing to do with SAV BOD.

As for the new LTIP, I’d rather the BOD had rewards offered based on long term share holder value and return, not just agreeing to an off-take offer because it will be signed before the reward expiry date.

I see this as being a sign that the company is still planning to be active and delivering in many years time.

Couldn't agree more. Why invest in an AIM listed mining development company, with all the known risks, just to get a 50-100% (maybe 200% max) return thanks to some bigger company snapping us up after all the hard work is done. Surely anyone who's a LTH or new entrant (and even at one year I still class myself in this boat) would be looking at receiving the proper return deserved and not selling out at the first oppurtunity.

IMO I think there's often much buying by Short term holders/day traders when news comes out expecting 50%+ rises, apart from the one week in June last year when there was a lot of press coverage and the Scope Study, SAV is not a share for short term profit.

It's for those that see value and want to hold through the full project phases.

As for raising funds, as Osaka says. Check out the company more and you'll see that it's funded for some time. I have no inside knowledge but I'd like to expect that there's got to be 8-9mn+ remaining from the funding last year, based on historical spending and the reported drilling, etc since July.

Results should be out in about 2 months so get a better idea then.

Given that 2 of 3 BOD (for some of them) bonus targets are still possible, if delivered by 31/3 then hopefully news that achieves one or both these targets will be out before then or very soon after.

IMO:

Days to Weeks - Hopefully, depends if news continues to come. SP does seem to take a hit one it's quiet, though this could be different this time.
Weeks to Months - highly likely as key stages are reached and announcements show what's been achieve and what's to do next.
Months to Years - Yes. This is when I expect to see true value reached. Been here about a year now and LTH is what I'm here for.

Just my IMO and not based on anything other than my own research, reasons for investing and expectations.

Thanks Trisse....not sure what tolerance should be applied to the IRR but a 100% IRR could be possible with just a few figures (say Margin/$Tonne) going in the right direction.

IMO I'd imagine the only purpose of this would to give details of new News and not a repeat of anything already released/spoken about before? Though anything that could have an SP impact would need to be via RNS first.

2009...you mean about 5 years after Tesla first started talking about having mass reach commercialise EV production, 3 years after they got an award for a design of the Roadster and about the same year they reported sales of about $12m of EV's

So in short...yes EV's were on the road in 2009.

Not sure I've actually stated any targets, so not sure what it could be claimed I've missed.

What one item have you actually got right so far Jonners? Yes UCL have made some news recently about alternatives to Li batteries but are talking 15+ years. You said this was going to happen in a matter of days/weeks. What was it 'A car manufacturer can just swap one type of battery for another type it would not be a big issue for them'...You said 5p by End of August, Then 5p by Xmas (will give you that you got close on that one),but still 5p never reached by xmas.

You said only hope for SAV was a takeover....not sure for what reason? IF SAV is good enough for a takeover, then why isn't it good enough for current investors to wait and get the rewards long term?

I can't say I'm over happy with current SP but have always said this is a marathon not a sprint.

Were I not be moving and needing all the pennies at present, I'd be buying big time. But that's just IMO and as I always say, everyone is free to have own opinions but would like 'claims to be correct or having been correct' to be backed up by facts.

I like the Zoe as well and it often gets mentioned as one to consider against the Leaf. We're leasing our Leaf and at the time, must have got a great bargain. As to get the same lease plan now would be about £80-100 per month more. Zoe is also about the same.

How is it for charging in NI? Many points? In Chelmsford we don't have many (about 3 for general use) but we have the home charger installed so that helps (and was only £250 with the grant). Away from Chelmsford, the main places we go have plenty say in London, Wife's work (colchester), local Ikea, Shopping centres, etc.

Yes to a Model 3, but also be good to see what else is coming in next few years. For now very happy with the Nissan Leaf (2018 model) and IMHO it's best 'sensible' priced BEV on the market at moment.

As for nomad, interesting to see that even today some companies are still only now making this announcement. It will not look good on AiM if all these co's got suspended due to a merger of Nomads. As mentioned before, SAV probably will be a go with default/easy option of SPA for now.
