Jonners...I always welcome everyones views and opinions, I think this forum is one of the best in having this.

I do disagree though with all your comments . I don't see DA looking for an early exit just to get a 'shed load of cash', though money is key, it's not king. for many it's not the only motivator espically for someone like DA. Rather then just getting SAV into a position where it was a takeover target and get out early, I'm sure DA would prefer to be be able to have his name forever associated with being at the helm of a small mining exploration company that grew into being the first 'mass capacity' Li miner in continental Europe.

DA certainly didn't look like he was about to be shipped out to 'Bayview' to spend his remaining days with Diana and Tom (google it if you don't follow or under the age of 35)

The sale by the FD has been debated many times, if this was really for reasons to 'sell why you can' and not lose money, based on knowledge held by the FD or BoD at the time (which isn't allowed anyway). Then these reasons would have been known by now. Even if it was the FD had little confidence in the future of SAV, then why is he still employed? IMHO he must have made the reasons for the sale known to the BoD and they are satisfied with this.

On how the SP reacted to the Good news, this has also be mentioned before. The SP is waiting for news on Off-Takes, License, FS, etc. What the news does, is helps feed into these items and give an indication of what the size of the project will turn into.

I entered into Savings in early 2018, with plans to still be in mid-20's. I don't want any short term take-over, I think the opposite and would welcome the day we enter the 250 index (about 500mn MCap)

Quick search and SP Angel are Nomad for some similar companies, to me it's not a SAV driven item or done as a reflection of SAV, more a company formality as a result of the proposed merger between 2 nomad. SAV is not the reason for the change. In last week 7 companies have announced the same, of the 7 companies NCP is nomad for.

Given merger was only a announced mid October good to see that action is being taken now and not in neat year.

Maybe a chance to review AIM and look at main listing?

Purchase 431k @ 7p....someone know something or just appreciating the value in the SP?

Or have I incorrectly read something into this trade?

The MdB off-take agreement, Moz & Oman licenses all coming together at the same time will offset Quad4 :-)

Just to add about general market conditions, a 4.88% drop doesn't even make it into the biggest fallers list.

A 4.88% increase would make it a top 5 riser.

Says a lot about the general market view.

Couldn't agree more...and even when money is required to finance the CAPEX this will primarily be via Loans/Debt, not share issue.

This is suffering from a general bad market sentiment and no firm company news at present. Nothing fundamental has changed in months.

Surely though for there to be either a Takeover or a tie up with a Car Manufacturer, then progress has been made on taking any of the projects through to production. Obviously MdB for it to be the Car Manufacturer one.

If this was the case, then surely the SP would have risen anyway to reflect this new position? If it's the later item, then I'll imagine we'd be in multi-bagger territory already at that point.

Confusing...as if they are sells then the price received is very good given the quote was 6.5 - 6.6 at those times. But as you say why the downward pressure on the price if they are buys?

Reading the RNS from today, it states that SS will now hold 45,000,000 or 5.1%. In the IR on 10/09 SS held 30,000,000 or 3.48%.

This makes it clear that 5,000,000 have recently been sold by SS. I see no problem with this, as the 20,000,000 issued today have a 6 month selling condition on them.

Also, as commented on by another poster a few weeks ago, maybe SS will not want 'All eggs in one basket' so will probably look to sell some shares over time as restrictions allow them.

Fact that 5,000,000 shares have been fed into the market might explain some of the recent SP movement and that the sales might now slow down/stop.

And further to previous comments...it was even stated in the Interim Results a few weeks ago when this issue would happen, from page 21of the IR:

...... This triggered the second deferred consideration (Milestone (b)) to be paid under the acquisition agreement of Slipstream PORT Pty Ltd (Note 10).

The Company is due to pay AUD$ 1,500,000 (~GBP £834,000) in cash and issue 20,000,000 ordinary shares in the Company in October 2018.

I agree not exactly exciting news but has to be done via RNS as it impacts the number off shares used for calculating % holdings, etc.

Just to add, that for DA this will mean his % holding will change from 4.85% to 4.74%. Before someone says that DA has sold shares when the next % holdings are reported.

I could be wrong, but wasn't the 20 September announcement about targeting resource extensions some indication that Oman is still 'Work in Progress'.

This gave a date of End of Q4 2018 for when this latest drilling is expected to be completed. To me this is when we should be provided with an update from SAV as this is in the companies control. Anything else will be reliant on when PAM provide an update.

Personally I prefer less frequent but firm news, not a trickle of little 'ticking' over news items that have no real underlying importance.

As for bonus, the next one does have a condition to Oman progress. Let's hope DA and rest of BoD get this element of the bonus, as that means we've reached a key stage in the project and all shareholders should see a benefit.

Indeed and should we read anything into the spread now being as narrow as it could probably get? Maybe someone who knows more about that would hopefully be able to comment if this has any relevance.

CM...nice choice of car it would whip the Leaf. Though given the state of traffic in Chelmsford at the moment (got to venture out in it shortly) an electric bike would probably be a better option.

Same with SAV, have I lost money today or recently. No as I still hold the same number of shares as I did a few months ago.

If SAV hits 5p, 4p or even 2p have I lost Money, only if I sell my shares at those prices. If they reach 10p, 12p or 17p have I made money, again only if I sell my shares at those prices.

Anything between now and the point I sell all my shares is purely a journey to the final destination.
