hydrogen T&S. It includes details on the timeline of activities by which we expect the FSO (Future System Operator) to

take on responsibilities for strategic planning for hydrogen T&S infrastructure. We are setting

The most likely outcome for UKEn is that UKOG receive an offer to present to shareholders for the whole enterprise....could even result in a bidding war between majors....going to be very interesting as they get firmed up planning and government backing. GLA

Company only valued at £9m at the this ridiculously low share price (opportunity for money fountain wealth!!!).

Some PI's might even be able to build a notifiable stake at these levels!!!

A "notifiable percentage share" refers to a percentage of a company's stock that must be reported to regulatory bodies. These thresholds are set by different rules, but in the UK, a shareholder must notify the company and the regulator (like the FCA) when their ownership stake reaches or crosses certain levels, such as 3% for substantial shareholdings, with additional notifications required at each 1% increment.

Obviously I've been positive about the long term outlook for UKOG...Warren Buffet style, DYOR and wait :-)

But it's nice to see more and more people joining the UKOG train now.

It's going to be a fun ride watching this little company turn from small....to medium....to large enterprise.

That's if they do not get an other we cannot refuse along the way.

I would expect a large industrial partner would prefer to buy the whole thing rather than just form a partnership deal.

SS looks tired and would probably prefer to hand the whole thing over now with a nice golden handshake dissappearing into the sunset while he watches his legacy evolve from afar.

Let's see how it plays out.....either way there is massive value to be gained here....if you are well researched, invested and patient!!!

It looks like a pattern of 10,000,000 buys emerging too.....a couple at the mid point showing as sells too.

Could be a high value investor quietly trying to accumulate....that's the way to do it before you are notifiable.

So, many RNS's to come as we go through the steps to deliver these multi £BILLION projects.

We could see value adding statements any time from now onwards....the company have told us they are in talks on all fronts.

HUGE local support and strong voices in parliament.

Good finance to push forward the next phases now, which in turn lead to more government/Crown wealth and independent partnering and financing.

LSE and Google finance still not showing the correct new total number of shares....slightly over 33 billion.

Which equates to 3p ish when we hit the first £Billion valuation as we get closer to project delivery.

With the total new share issue live for trading today (33,249,134,662) the company value at 0.028p is only £9,309,758.

With a couple of £billion plus projects in development and a producing oil field about to come back to production that valuation is a little low.

When I say little I mean about 100 time too low at least!!!

Quite a bit of head room to invest and gain here then..... GLA

Or Chinese investment....they want a piece of everything, especially nationally significant infrastructure....so maybe of gov would not allow it.

Going to be interesting being part of this evolution to hydrogen power though....HUGE!!!
