You are correct mim the dates of threshold crossing are different but there is no data on there to show what number of shares in issue they were working from and only ONE RNS contains the number of share held.

Going back to my original information only post was based on the most RNS's that actually show a number of shares.

AND THAT SHOWS AN INCREASE!!!

And then corrected on second RNS....ABOVE 10%.

Looks like someone just used the wrong total number of shares in issue for their calculation on the first one.

The RNS can be triggered by the % holding changing due to the official record of company shares or actually changing the number of shares held by the organisation.

What we can clearly see this this case is that from the recent RNS's they have actually gained shares :

From : 3,328,599,542 Shares November

To : 3,682,649,970 Shares December

Gain : 354,050,428 Shares

So a massive positive in confidence from the institution as they solidify their position.

Well, at least we know it's all happening and UKOG are at the center of it forming the solution.

Great article OC. A good read and continues the confirmation that the government are aligned with industry on hydrogen.

UKOG's regular positive meetings with the government clearly demonstrates the close relationship and consultation already going on in the background to make sure this will all be a success.

Those two pages (30 and 31) in the article should have been in the budget speech and documents. Shows jobs and future development that the government are working hard on for the benefit of all.

Downstream the oil will be used to make the car tyres and plastics for the green trolls protesting against British industry and jobs.

It will be used to make their plastic rain jackets and Hi Vis stuff as they walk down the road disrupting British lives and society.

The company is trying to build a very VERY green energy solution and these trolls are trying to bring it down...idiocracy....no education, single issue anti establishment and anti society trolls.

This site is riddled with them and LSE seems to prefer their attention. Hence why investors like myself spend time on other forums.

From the budget: Revenue of £3.8 billion to be used to fund generation and STORAGE to meet future peak demand.

Need to wait for due process of army civil servants to allocate to the South Dorset storage project the PM already referred to in PMQs

Looks like this business is now all set to build massive value. A good project plan with clear steps and partners aligned along the way.

With a market capital based on the oversold SP today of only around £5.6m and recent cash raised £5m, an oil field, an untapped gas well AND multi £Billion H2 storage projects being worked with the government and national infrastructure, looks like a solid business to invest in.

Hold and wait...it's happening. Not sure if RR will be allowed to announce anything today though, other than generic investment in H2. The government are restricted with timelines of due process.... if it was China they would already have built it!!!

That's a great reminder and summary why the II's are investing and why we're making sound decissions to following the BIG money.

They obviously cannot name them yet but watch out for that RNS, like the National Gas pipeline........all the pieces are coming together.

The Share price today just gives us the oportunity to align our money with the BIG boys....would not be surprised if it was Peel Hunt giving the extra half a million to progress negotiations in a speedier fashion.

We'll know shortly....but for today fill your pockets and watch the developments over the coming weeks.
