George Frangeskides, Chairman at ALBA, explains why the Pilbara Lithium option ‘was too good to miss’. Watch the video here.
That's worth repeating
" including the significant Loxley Portland gas discovery, assessed to be the second largest gas accumulation ever discovered and flow tested in the UK onshore."
Thanks for posting that again Ocelot.
Great to hear the talking on applying for government funds under the Hydrogen scheme.
Onwards and upwards....looking forward to buying a few more tomorrow if they price doesn't rise too sharply first thing :-)
GLA
After hours trolling still hoping to stop this BRITISH company!!!
Ignore the trolls, they say anything to destroy confidence.
Buy British this Jubilee weekend :-)
GLA
Yep, we all know the decision is to be done by next Tuesday and could drop any day.
Only a couple of trading days left.....hence the rise...position for the multibag :-)
Could be tomorrow morning but my guess is that it's being prepared and will drop on Monday or Tuesday.
GLA
Loxley timeframe to Gas production is months not years....
It seems to me that UKOG at holding out resources for this and then direct at Loxley for quick monetisation :-)
Should be a steep ride up from here :-)
GLA
And the price keeps going up as investors realise the huge multibag opportunity here.
Even if it falls back a little from here until news it's only a small percentage fall until the multibag.
Just bought a few more myself....keep 'em coming :-)
GLA
Exactly, EU ban on Russian Oil and Gas now makes UKOG's assets even more valueable.
And also increased weight on the Loxley approval. Any European country that can extract and supply Gas and Oil needs to do so. Otherwise the winter could be a very testing time for several countries.
Prices are only going up from here. Fortunately UKOG shareholders will have their profits to help pay their way through it :-)
Great to see everything lining up here.
Lock and load ready for the big push North on release of that Loxley news :-)
GLA
Agree TheReverand. They obviously cannot mention Loxley in the RNS since that is a separate material value asset still under government review.
Likewise they didn't mention Turkey or other potential projects that could add huge material value.
All the stuff in the RNS relating to the national energy policy and political climate hints that this and the Loxley project are aligned and on point with national government policy and strategy.
'Nationally Significant Infrastructure' project!!!!!!!! .... both should be rubber stamped in speed fashion.
Looks like our investment is positioned very well :-)
GLA
Yes, especially following the chancellors comments this morning that we need to priorities domestic Gas supplies.
Perfect storm for UKOG.
They could monetise Loxley in months once approved.
GLA
Absolutely Legal and worth repeating.....heads up investors....news any day....the government need to be seen to be doing something about the fuel and energy needs of the country!!!
"Loxley gas field is huge in comparison to the size of this small company. The approval of Loxley field will a massive effect on the share price. A rise between 0.5p to 1.0p is achievable just on the approval alone. AIM-listed UK Oil & Gas has announced that a report from Xodus Group details that the area of the Loxley Portland gas discovery lying within its 100% owned and operated PEDL234 licence, is interpreted to contain a significant mean case gross gas initially in place ('GIIP' i.e. gas in the ground before any future production) of 49 billion cubic feet ('bcf'). The portion of GIIP estimated to be recoverable to surface via any future production, the mean gross recoverable resource, is cited as 34 bcf, representing an estimated recovery factor of approx. 70%. Reported high case net PEDL234 GIIP and estimated high case recoverable resources are 76 bcf and 54 bcf, respectively. In terms of recoverable gas resources, the calculated figures places Loxley as one of the largest gas accumulations discovered and flow tested in the UK onshore. If proven by future production, the calculated gross mean recoverable resources would place Loxley second after the Saltfleetby gas field, the UK onshore's largest gas field to date, which produced approx. 73 bcf. These results further underline the Company's view that the 48 sq km Loxley geological structure contains materially significant gas volumes, which in a success case of around 4-5 bcf/year, on an energy equivalent basis, could have the capacity to power around 200,000 homes per year.‘"
Exactly, and that news could drop any day.
The government need to be seen to be doing something about the huge rising cost of energy.
Are we heading into a 'Mad Max' world searching for fuel!
Type to investing in Woolley jumper stocks if they do not approve Loxley gas :-)
It must of course be approved....recommended by all planning officers and aligned with the National energy policy...rubber stamp when the political climate it right....and now it could not be more right!!!
Agreed Legal and with the lastest political talk in the press government minister as reaffirming how important domestic Gas and Oil is.
Planning officers all recommended Loxely for approval, so no reason not to push it through.
Only the NYMBY council blocked it. This is a nationally important project and the national policy supports it.
So the National government should push it through without further question.
Expecting that positive update any day now. :-)
"paying an increasing price month on month now." means less shares....seems like the bug doesn't understand share trading...but then I guess troll swampies have never bought or sold any shares so why would she!
:-)
Good to see Steve continuing to buy shares £1000 per month but paying an increasing price month on month now.
Maybe he should buy the next six months now :-)
Absolutely Danpoe.
The RNS's are lining up nicely and looks like they are expecting something very positive in the near term.
Happily positioning myself with further shares at this price :-)
Ready for the ride :-)
GLA
Great RNS, Broadford Bridge huge oil pool with several layers of Kimmeridge oil still in the game.
They only took one shot at that and had oil but completion/drilling issues blocked production.
It would be very exciting to see them go back there.
Horse Hill and Loxley first though, as the RNS says.
There's gold...black gold in them there hills :-)
GLA
Queue up pingu and the other trolls for the rest of the day :-) :-) :-) ... I won't be watching..got real work to do....and a life!!! :-)
Pingu back and type pages of garbage again......must see the potential and desperately trying to get funds in before the multi-bag!!!
GLA - not Pingu!
Exactly so I think we can expect the following UK based news flow to be positive.
Expected news flow coming up....
Loxley Gas permission granted.
HorseHill activity ramping up.
Turkey drilling new well site.
Major oil forced to reinvest profits in UK.......UKOG buyout!!!
Could be a very hot summer for UKOG shareholders :-)
