It's still so low someone might see it as a takeover opportunity if they can build enough of a position!!!

NGT would have only signed this if it was already nailed on with Government support.

The round of support funding in H1 2026 seems like just a box ticking and procedural process they legally have to go through now....show some process and due dilligence to be able to use the Kings wealth fund......ALREADY DECIDED And as UKOG say the only option for the Southern Cluster!!!

It will 10 bag at least in the coming months as news of the Hydrogen Storage develops but the confidence of the market is in question right now....so I'm guessing it'll hold.

The market is now valuing them at £18million....that's a 10 bagger uplift initially on relisting for us!!!

With the confirmation that Hydrogen storage is being pushed at Nationally significant infrastructure, through this EPP action, UKEn is definitely onto a winner with their multi £Billion projects!!!!! Projects!!!

I'm guessing their might be partner deal being worked in the background before being relisted with accounts too ???

For your interest I'm invested in much large, currently undervalued stocks, also. But they are not so news sensitive and volatile and so do not attract the attention UKOG does.

I only post here for balance and fun while I wait for my knowledge and research to deliver the multi-bag gains calculated.....going to be a fantastic ride once it arrives and going to be a good dinner party conversation.....were you in UKOG when it 1000% jumped!!!

Also, relisting should be this month according to timelines given in previous statements. You can then decide to sell out or buy more.

I expect many experts will be looking to position strongly for the government support and approval announcements coming in H1 2026.

This company is well undervalued while sitting on multi billion pound projects just waiting in government backing....which is already mentioned and talked about in parliament.

Very interesting. They are looking at ways to reward themselves and see the share value as the best way.

Assuming they have a strong view that the shares are going to have significant value!

This is usually very good for private shareholder since it aligns the interests of the directors and employees with the shareholders.

They will be less likely to further dilute their own interest and do what they can to increase share value.

@OC, yes dissapointing with the further delay.

But my theory that they are waiting to include investment and support announcements fits with the new timeline.....government now out for the summer so mid September would be the next point they could include government action I guess.

I'd rather they relisted now but they are thinking about the business and best practice to build the value in the future.....which in turn will generate our ROI's !!!!!
