From the AGM they can only issue an extra 16 Billion shares.....they done 11.67 billion this week so only another 3.43 billion available.

Probably best for them to keep them back for future at a much higher price if the need it.

But for us we now know it's done and we can invest knowing all the facts!

So can II's and they do their research and are very keen to take positions now......going to be in auction a lot as this jumps and gaps up through next week!!!

Don't usually respond to known trolls but that statement might be correct.

UKOG might not be around it's an obvious target for a buyout with shareholder approval.

What would we say, would we agree to sell the company for say £300million just now?

BP and others would certainly consider that small to medium investment with HUGE returns to their shareholders to 60+ years!!!

Notice the word BILLIONS!!!

This is what the PM was referring to in PMQ's when he said they will allocate to UKOG Dorset Storage facility.

Now with the confirmation of National Gap pipeline confirmation all the pieces are in place to actually allocate the money next year to begin the project build.

This is happening, we do not actually need any more evidence now......the next steps are just box tick and proof of due diligence white, blue and green papers for the civil servant to fill their filing cabinets etc. :-)

Simple choice for everyone, if you are interested in making an easy 1000% in the next 12 months - invest.

This is massive though......Additionally, the proceeds will also be used to complete economic modelling to further discussions with energy infrastructure and sector specialists with the object of securing a key strategic joint venture partner for UKEn's hydrogen storage projects. PARTNER DEAL!!!

Even if we only value UKOG at £1bn by 2030 and the current valuation is only £8m at a SP of 0.05p we should aim for a target price of 6.25p!!!

Material Economic Benefits to UK and Dorset Economies

➢ £2.28 bn/year GVA during 30-60 year operational life (Quod Economic Impact report)

➢ 2,100 direct + 5,100 supply chain jobs, 135 permanent jobs in site operations

And double that to included to project same size project in East Yorkshire.

We could use a conservative 7 x annual revenue to value to final business and we have a company value of £32bn.

That is quite a bit more than £8m today.....quite some uplift from here.

Maybe we'll only take half of that £32bn with a 50/50 partner deal but still quite some multi bagging action to happen here.

2030 target, that's only four years to build ..... better get cracking!!!

30-60 year life of the project.....that's quite an investment case for pension funds etc!!!

BIG money is still to realise and take position here....watch it move when they do!

This is so investible from both a private investor and major infrastructure developer point of view.....they'll be fighting over it...£BILIONS on the table for grabs!!!

Now UKOG holds the contracts to supply the pipeline I'd expect they are on the radar of the BIG energy players.

I'd expect to see a partner deal of some considerable value in the near term.

They might not even need the government support next year.

They certainly need to get started on the building programme if they are going to hit 2030ish targets.

Going to blow so much higher than our £8million company valuation right now.
