We have seen UK market hissyfits regarding growth company forward statements and the prospect of slightly slower growth (albeit still enviable) and a subsequent dive in SP before on many occasions with BOO, asos, blueprism just to name a few. But 15% is very harsh here

With the exception of handjob who got caught red handed and is a bit simple for being caught in such a way, sensing a very strong whiff of rotting fish to actually uncovering rotten carcasses in their closets are two very different things. Lets hope that mini crash was the crescendo of what has been a dismal performance as of late. Clearly lots of sell orders got triggered there. Some buyers coming back into the frey now

Relatively speaking there is not a significant level of shorts out against boohoo anyway. Only Marshall wace have a short above the notifiable threshold. There may be a few sharks having a sniff around but none yet brave enough to take a bite at boohoo.

We all know how boohoo reacts with adverse press coverage and this stock is a traders favourite with large swings intraday. It's now sitting at the bottom of the trading channel which is of course always the most nervy, but what's keeping me in and topping up on the troughs is the unrelenting growth of boohoo which I believe will ultimately shine through and win the day. The kamanis will see their 600p bonuses in the next couple of years if we keep growing the way we have been, no doubt about it.

SF havent really put their money where their mouths are yet. Picking up on increased loss reserves is a bit harsh and surprising from SF as this is all part of prudent risk management. No matter how tiny the chance is of a claimant actually winning a lawsuit, all good companies will always provision something, just in case.

I suspect they havent laid a decent bet against boohoo due the the sheer momentum of boohoos growth.

No worries here, and continue to top up on any sub 300 action. A bit slower than expected but i believe in the founders of this company to navigate us out of the current rut around supplier issues and continue to grow revenue at current levels like they have done over the last 5 years. Hard to say where BOO would be trading now without the scandal, but time is the best healer, and in the end i believe this will amount to nothing more than a bump in boohoo's growth story.

This is a buy and hold long term growth stock for me and will continue to slowly add when support levels are hit.

There is only one point i agree on...AIM mechanics. But that goes to show how little you think of the company if all you are here for is the pump and dump mob. Basically you are here for the next piece of news re contract win (in which will probably cost more to execute after the fatcat board have done funding their lifestyle) to catch the next spike.

Agreed. the "goodwill assets" on the balance sheet are a joke. Would love to see a breakdown of these intangible assets and how the company arrived at a goodwill value of £2.77m. Interestingly, this figure doesnt change like you would expect it to, especially given covid. Debt is far higher than tangiable assets so the company is effectively worth diddly squat.

This needs a company to come along and do an RTO. Then again, the company has £2.4m debt so not exactly likely either.
