Trades on friday were also interesting. 4 large trades, more likely than not made by the same individual given the time stamps and similar size. Whether they were buys or sells remain to be seen, but surely if they were sells, this would have tanked the SP. Instead, it ticked up in the afternoon, so they were possibly buys.
Total traded was 5,350,046 @ 4p totalling £214k. This is over 6.1% of the company, so someone is making moves here! Someone liked what they saw at the TSMC tech symposium perhaps?
Surely we can expect to see an RNS next week re the nature of these transactions.
hi scot..oops olderwiser i meant.
well we werent exactly expecting you to admit it now were we. wasnt it you that was accusing another poster over on panr of being a reincarnate poster, based on the single anecdotal evidence of "similar writing style"? now now, lets not be a hypocrite. there is far more evidence to believe you two are the same. your posting style, format, the fact that you post at the same time, disappear and then reappear in tandem, you only comment on the same boards, roughly in the same proportion. anyone with a scrap of nuance would be highly suspicious.
ahh and on the subject of judgement, and your very poor one regarding the flare photo and your investment into panr, which lets face it has been just as disasterous as here. you would know all about poor judgment. and now you can add lack of research to your ****nal of misinformation and poor judgement. seems another pattern is emerging.
its clear for all to see, i have never invested in 88e, but only traded it. my intentions were crystal clear for all to see from the very beginning; i even commented that i was here to purely trade into flow results. and very susessfully traded may i add. go take a look before making silly inaccurate conclusions and smearing other posters with lies! have you not learnt your lesson yet, or do you need yet another poster to show you the error of your ways like brombarb just has? and you expect people to respect your judgement?? you are very funny.
i am willing to take brombarbs comment into consideration however. this poster has been here longer than all of us, so if this poster doesnt believe you are the same person, then perhaps the jury is still out on this one.
you see, i can actually take others thoughts into consideration. another thing you and scot have in common; a completely unjustified arrogance and the deep rooted belief that you know better. go log in and take a look at your stock account...the big red number on the top page. theres your reality check!
when scot was asked by another poster to post panr losses compared his gains in trading, predictably there was silence. scot didnt manage to get back to them on that one. so i will now extend the same courtesy to you. do you fancy doing what your alter ego couldnt do? lets see whos judgement has more value for all to see shall we? because money talks, the rest is just bs.
We dont know that yet John. Looking into ROX, they are nothing special, just a bunch of small fry ex city boys that got very lucky on one of their investments during the covid period where company prices went wild and hit bubble territory. Made about $80m overnight practically after the co they invested in hit it big with a massive series F funding round. They flipped out and hey presto, now they wear bigger boy pants.
What this tells me, is that they are not interested in full ownership at all as it is simply not their strategy. Thats why they also want a waiver of Rule 9 of the City Code on Takeovers and Mergers as otherwise, they would need to put in a mandatory offer for the company as they will exceed 29.9% of the holding. Probably why Sondrel want to go private too...it helps with this sort of bigger funding, but i can assure you they are not interested in 100% ownership. For the simple reason is that it would be too risky for them to do so. They are more like VCs.
I believe these boysies at ROX can navigate these bunch of feckless science nerds through the murky world of business and finance as curren clearly doesnt have a scooby do. They can actually help them add significant value to the business, thus help other shareholders who hold through private too.
Impossble. The volume simply isnt there to clear such a number of shares that would be issued, and the lender would have no security on the loan as the company have no assets! Not to mention YA are still owed. The only reason YA lent the cash last time was because of turkey still being a potential thing to drive volume so they can sell down off the back of punters. This time, there is absolutley nothing to drive volume so not even the lender of last resort, YA would touch this again for an amount UKOG would require to self sustain even for a couple of months.
Thats why the company are desperate to pump loxley, to bring back the pumpers and lube the confetti cannon, but the confetti cannon has well and truly seized up with trading volume as not even the dumbest of punters are falling for it. I suspect the pumping from the company re loxley in the weeks to come will be increasingly desperate in a last desperate hope to drive a bit of volume. So i am sure we can all expect some very laughable RNSs about a couple of tyre kickers over the next few weeks.
It really is already over here. There is absolutely no way out. Loxley FO will never happen in a million years. So yes, it will be very intresting to see what happens here re working capital needs to sustain Sanderscams ridiculous pay.
If it is any consolation to those who have lost big here, the game is nearly up for Sanderscam so just sit back with a bevvy, watch the show unfold and Sanderscam squirm as he enters into a forced early retirement in a very undignified manner (not that he is probably bothered as he has made more than enough to comfortably retire). Better than any musical/pantomine.
Remember all, Scot126 and Olderwiser is the same person! Both reappeared at the same time again. One posting here, the other on PANR. Only these 2 posters start posts by writing "part 1, part 2". This poster logged into the wrong account over on PANR this morning haha. All the hallmarks of a Scot126 post, posted as the alter ego Olderwiser. Both only post on 88E and PANR, in roughly the same proportion! The evidence is overwhelming.
This poster has been well and truly rumbled. Reported to Admin for operating duplicate accounts!
Couldnt agree more gwilliams. That RNS just rubs salt into the deep, festering wounds here. And just when you thought Sanderson could stoop no lower! You can now expect an RNS after every YA conversion of this nature. Every single share someone buys into this company goes directly into Sandersons pocket. There is nowhere on AIM more evident than this! UKOG is now nothing more than a wealth transfer vector from those fool enough to buy a single share, direct to Sandersons pocket. Do not pass go, do not expect a penny in return!
At least Sanderson knows the game is up. This is why he is looking to extract every last penny from the company, any way possible.
And some here are still sticking up for them? Anyone still defending the bloke at this juncture is either an affiliate of Sanderson, Sanderson himself or are on day release from the looney asylum. There is no other plausible explanation i can conjure. Either one, or a conbination of the above wouldnt suprise me in the slightest. This is undeniably one of the very very worst, and will go down in history as such! MTV has a new contender, if anyone remembers that one.
Welcome to AIM at its absolute rock bottom worst.
Its already over here. 6 weeks and it will be official. The only winners here were Sanderscam and YA as they will mop up what little assets the company leaves behind.
Shareholders will get ZERO. Theres always one ocelot for every utter basket case. But i think Ocelot is just being sarcastic and understands it is already over here.
Ohhh as expected, things are starting to warm up here. The company do have some decent assets, and can see the appeal of them.
However, i see no scenario where any bidder will be able to cherry pick the best parts of the business. Of course, any asset sale will need to be approved by the lenders, and this approval will cost big to cover the losses from the worthless chaff.
I am confident that unless a very...very generous offer is made for individual bar brands, it will be an all or nothing situation as it would be a headache for the lenders to break this up. This is not a liquidation, and the lenders are willing to allow this company to continue trading so i see no reason why lenders will sell best performing assets unless at a significant premium.
As things stand, an offer of anything above 1.45p for the entire company is a favorable outcome to current shareholders and would recommend current holders to accept (that is unless you believe in the turnaround plan to yield results, which i personally don't).
Talk regarding bids at 5p make no sense. Why would anyone bid over 3x more than what the company itself values the business as it currently stands at?
Any offer above 1.8p would be very generous indeed. At 2p, SHs would be crazy not to bite the hands off the offeror.
Bahahaha god this company cracks me up. RNS worded as though this is their first attempt at Loxley farmout and now come the ramptastic tweets to suck in as many new punters as possible. Problem is...nobody is buying it.
Lets have a think about this. Who in gods name would fully fund appraisal drilling and testing programme costing 10s of millions when they can simply wait (very short time to wait) for 88e to go under and pick it up for a song at auction??
Anyone who has expressed "interest" are probably having a sniff around and a tyre kick to see if it worth bidding on once the block ends up in auction haha.
And as for this "specialist firm", who wants to bet this is a ploy to extract every last penny from the company via mates? Or using this as a ploy to get away another placing to pay himself a salary? Too predictable. Look out the window Sanderson, theres a flying pig and unicorns jumping over rainbows. More chance of that happening than getting a FO! Or spend the little remaining cash on lottery tickets perhaps? This would cause more enthusiasm than this loxley dog.
Its OVER Sanderson! Nobody will ever fall for your BS again. Its 1 second until noon. TICK!
That comment was probably more aimed towards if the company is brought out by another entity before delisting, which is very possible given the level of interest in depressed UK equities from overseas investors.
Rox only have exclusivity on issuance of a loan, not if another party makes an offer for the full outstanding stock. Rox would then be forced to take the plunge and put in an offer, ensuing a bidding war.
Its very clear Rox want this company all to themselves and are going about acquiring it the cheapest possible way (which is expected). If the company can push out some decent news and good numbers, somebody else will be looking at this very closely, and Rox's hand will be forced.
Heres hoping anyway
When will this dog be put out of its misery? One of the most epic failiures on AIM! Sanderson will be marked by this forever, so i expect he will continue to milk the company dry until its last dying breath, and extract every last penny possible.
Dont let them have a penny more. Once trading volume dries up, this company is dead and YA & co are stuck. The largest buy today was a couple hundred quid so its nearly over.
Every share buy allows sanderson to continue to claim a salary. Put and end now and dont buy a single penny more into this filthy dog
Another insider share purchase! Directors picking up dirt cheap stock left on the floor by panicked PIs, and expect this buying to continue.
Its great that the media are finally publicising the astounding value discrepancies in UK listed stocks. This being one of them, holding through a company's conscious choice to go private should be embraced going forward by savvy PIs, not feared.
This current trend of company's opting to go private, subsequent obliteration of SP due to fear of ownership uncertainty of private companies, PE and insiders picking up the stock for a song and then relisting in US for mega profits hopefully will be picked up by the arb investors very quickly. Sooner or later, I wouldnt be suprised to see a stock increase if a company announces it will be going private, such is the state of the current UK stock markets!
Rox may not get it all their own way after all if PIs are willing to hold into going private. Its clear for all to see what this company has going for it, and the value it would have if listed over the US.
I will continue to load and will hold into the company going private. That is of course unless the company isnt taken out by PE before, which i strongly suspect it will be.
A drop in the ocean clued, and a vastly overinflated figure.
This needs to happen ASAP. There are no good arguments for ground rents. There is absolutely no service or benifit to the recipient of this charge! This racket was always going to come to an end at some point. They did well out of it whilst it lasted, and of course those who benefit the most from ground rents will come out kicking and screaming not wanting the gravy train to end. That is to be expected. However society eventually catches up, and thats what happens if you invest in assets and practices that are extremely unethical.
When will fund managers learn that unethical practices and practices that are percieved as very dubious by the vast majority of public make very poor investments.
God knows what LGEN's exposure to this will be, but i expect it to be very low. Any reaction in SP will be temporary.
Ohhh personal attack was it olderwiser? Everything is a personal attack now is it? is that all you can say? Lets all have a minutes silence for the "personal attacks" on poor olderwiser. Shall we call it sympathy minute? Every day, lets all bow our heads and feel sorry for the "personal attacks" poor olderwiser has to endure. haha what a pithy, predictable response. Step aside jellyfish, i have just found a new contender for an organism with even less vertibrae who cannot seem to take criticism, and labels it as a "personal attack". Lets not go there old chap, you will lose that arguement 10 times out of 10, and be ripped a new one in the process so bad that you will never be able to sit down again. So stop hiding behind phrases like "personal attack" and take your dressing down and criticism where you have been caught out like a man.
The photos uploaded there goes through vetting before being posted by a respectable forum administrator, and would be removed proptly if fake! Ignorance of how a particular platform vets photos is NO EXCUSE for your reckless disinformation campaign. Oh no, i called you ignorant. Im so sorry for the "personal attack". And i called you reckless. Shame on me for criticising your misinformation.
March 25th "Which means the well has already been shut in, so nothing is now returning to surface. There will be no flare for Dalton highway users to photograph". But something did return to the surface, didnt it?
One of the many examples of your bread and butter BS deramping off the collar comments: "Despite the wording in the RNS, A dead cat bounce in play, unbelievable stuff"...this was after 88e rising in anticipation of first flow result where olderwiser was convinced that an RNS was worded as such to be a precursor to failure. Unbelievable stuff indeed!
The very first comment by olderwiser when the picture of the flare was posted: "That looks fake, different reddit site and where are the great big obvious sand hoppers, as seen in the other site pictures" ....You really let your true intentions slip on that one, because naturally an impartial person (which you self proclaim to be but proven to the contrary) immediately falls on a particular side of a fence haha. Because obviuusly sand hoppers are permanent fixtures on site that dont move at all (sarcastic) despite the photo you used to cross reference against the flare photo was taken 2 weeks prior where it would have perfectly logical to assume sand hoppers would be removed when no longer required. Permission to call your analysis presumptious, misinformation spreading, poorly analysed and wrongly concluded? Or will you hide behind and stick to the "personal attack" narrative you and scot seem to peddle?
Flaregate indeed. You are not winning anyone over with your cries of "personal attack". It just makes you look even more arrogant; somebody who cannot accept criticism and admit when they are wrong. A very bad look for you. Grow-up-and-becomewiser olderwis
Indeed. you and your alter ego olderwiser have almost single handedly turned both 88e and PANR boards into a complete and utter s***shows. And for what? Your opinions still mean jack squat! Your endless repetitive posts seriously rub people up the wrong way. Very very abrasive, non constructive, disrespectful, self-righteous and arrogant. Terrible traits. You two should be ashamed. How the f do you expect people to react when you two constantly bombard the board with the same BS day in and day out? You expect civility from others when you treat their personal choices with such discontent? Who do you think you are? You have lost a lot of money already on PANR, the market still values 88e on a per barrel basis higher and you still have ZERO explanation for this despite for years you saying this will change. Seems like you are nowhere near as smart as you think you are, and you have made some very poor choices yourself! Ironically, if you spent more time watching PANR, maybe you could have actually traded and made money with your self proclaimed analytical prowess (trying not to spill my drink with laughter). Anyone could have told you PANR would drop back from its 40p high last week. After all, making money is what we are all here for is it not? Perhaps you forgot that?
You are fooling nobody by disgusing your hundreds of posts here as "relaying facts" and naturally self anointing yourselves as guardians of the "inferior PIs who are too stupid to make decisions for themselves", and defenders of the faith that is PANR. In nearly 10 years on this board, i can honestly say you two are up there as the one of the worst disruptors. Far far worse than any "ramper" could ever be.
Olderwiser has been shown to relay false information on several occasions, notably how when the photo of the gas flare appeared, posted by a respectable member of another forum, olderwiser automatically dismissed it as fake with zero evidence. Olderwiser was also attempting to convince everyone that the upper SFS was a complete duster because of how some RNS's were worded.. If that is not disruptive, abrasive and ultimately WRONG, then what is?
In this world, you tend to treat how one is treated scot! When you throw thorns, dont expect roses in return, then act thick as to why others are so hostile towards you both. From now on, every post you make that is repetitive in nature will be reported for disruption to the general peace and harmony of the board because you seriously disrupt the flow, and posting in very bad faith. I would recommend everyone do the same, and eventually these posters will recieve the permanent ban they deserve!
Theres a way to go about spreading wisdom and knowledge in a far more respectable manner. The way you two have gone about this is dispicable and completely uncalled for.
Ohh er. Looks like PANR is being savagely dumped! Seems like 88e isnt the only dog in town that cant hold any sort of rise.
karma is a biach. The way posters from this board have been posting over on 88e, trashing the board over the last month and kicking the long term holders when they are already down and out for the count, many will feel justice is being done here. Of course, i feel for the inestors suckered in by the rampers here and buying at 40p+
Taking a leaf out of scots book regarding posting daily over and over and over and over....and over again about company woes, its clear that the market is extremely skeptical regarding funding going forward here. And who can blame them!
Dont believe the rampers here posting as if non-equity funding is certain! Because it most certainly is not. In fact, equity raises are far more likely given current market conditions, with a sprinkle "take or pay" arrangements thrown in as is custom. After all, the board have to keep a carrot on the end of that stick they are whacking you with.
So Scot, i have a question: Say PANR closes at 30p on the afternoon of Day 1. At 7am on Day 2 there's an RNS confirming all this talk of alternative finance arrangements was in fact BS, and instead a massively dilutive, heavily discounted placing to fund towards production occured. Do you reckon PANR will a) half or b) third in price by the end of Day 2? Could you imagine being long on the morning of Day 2? Could you imagine having exposure to PANR's investment case on the morning of Day 2? But that's what you're advocating, Scot.
Yikes indeed!
The only thing that goes up with UKOG is the directors salary!
Just think about it. Every placing that is done results in the transfer of money from your stock account to the directors bank account. There is no other company where this transfer is more evident than here! The Mcap is only 3x the directors salary and rapidly reducing for christs sake. How is this not theft?
BTW, will someone tell SS that the accounts are overdue with companies house for uk ouil & gas PLC, as its the poor shareholders who will foot the fine. They wont mind, they have run out of situations to be embarassed by.
The big question over here is all about the cash. Funding funding funding. How will PANR fund to production?
Clearly, the market expects significant dilution and isnt buying buzzword fluff about "mutually beneficial agreements" and "advanced talks".
It would be foolish to not expect significant dilution here. The question is, how much of the company will be left for current shareholders? Enough to make it worth holding? Some clearly dont think so, evidenced by price action here.
I personally hate it when directors state "keep dilution to a minimum". Whats their definition of minimum? Probably not the same as shareholders. So many times this phrase has been uttered, but shareholders completely wiped out.
"I have not persuaded a single 88E shareholder to sell 88E, not one."
Wow scot, that was weak. Lets explore that logic. "rampers" who you claim to despise havent persuaded any individual to buy? I dont rember anyone explicitly telling any reader to buy shares! Because thats how it works, right? Unless you explicity comment that a shareholder should sell or buy 88e, you have free rein to write whatever bs FUD about 4bopd or million barrel gushers that you can conjure. But as long as you dont say the word "sell", that makes it okay?
What a silly thing to say. So you wont have any problem with me writing "wow, fantastic results from 88e. they have found oil. amazing for shareholders". Yet here lies your problem! You seem to have a great deal of problems along with olderwiser regarding any sort of enthusiasm around 88e, and percieve the above example comment as a "ramp".
So why is that? Judging by your reaction to 88e increasing 50% last week, i would say that you are having a hard time dealing with your calculated value discrepancy between 88e and PANR. Note i said your, as your and the markets value clearly differ wildly. Perhaps you got this one wrong, and the market will never see what you see...afterall, they havent for some years now.
And dont get me started on faith scot. It appears 88e holders are not the only ones clinging to faith. "on hope with little or no empirical evidence to offer tangible support or proof for the deity of that religion". Nice definition... hmm let me think. Kind of reminds me of those thinking PANR will be fully debt funded into production with virtually no dilution, wouldnt you say? So where does your faith lie scot? Who are your gods? Is it the board of PANR? Well its very safe to say, your gods are as mortal as the rest of us, and certainly impartial to the not so occasional coock up or two.
The market having an epiphany regarding PANR valuation, and them going into production dilution free. Perhaps it is you who should seek help for your hopium addiction. They do say repetitiveness is a symptom.
