Well they wont convert if the 10 day vwap is above the current SP for obvious reasons. This has been dropping like a stone, so the CLN holders will not convert until the vwap catches upto the SP and drops below it. They need to stop selling into the market for the SP to steady, but that obviously isnt happening. So much for ensuring an orderly market. But this is very much the nature of a death spiral.

The CLN holders will be currently selling at BE or even a slight loss right now, so i do expect selling pressure to ease up a little before the next conversion and lurch down.

Then again, most will be forward sold, the last remaining dumped then BAM....a conversion just when the vwap drops below the SP, meaning all those shares sold today will still be at a profit.
