This is what it says. This suggests there are options which may or may not be completed. Also how long has this “evaluation” been going on for. Since last Monday, last January. When?

The question is whether they are on the verge of serious revenue. Not just 10 pounds for iron oxide. They could get a placing away if it was linked to that and an absolute assurance this is a short term cash flow issue. None of this airy fairy stuff. I’d want to see an accountants report, proper business plan projections and a legal statement confirming a deal that has to be signed dependent on x money coming in.

I really do think the company should call an EGM to discuss this predicament and the viable options

ExMS I’ve given up myself trying to interpret these RNS’ but it’s talks about evaluating funding options. In other words they have options but whether the close in time is another matter. That’s how I read it.

I think there will be a placing RNS as a last resort. They may aswell. Personally I will take it seriously if cave and Duffin put money in (proper money) and there are deals in place ready to go and this represents a short term cash crisis. There has to be a full EGM to present the opportunity. Otherwise no chance. It’s like betting on the horses

Yes I agree - much much earlier particularly given the sustainable cash burn and the catalysts for the Sp comments. In fact half year report last year would have been good!

EXMS the RNS says the BOD is evaluating funding options. Is that code there are none?

Not sure they are a lender of last resort but their website provides details on who they lend too. If we needed to develop products then that is all we would expect

Exms that was the year before. This year was about exciting opportunities, deals by Xmas, successful meetings, sustainable cash burn, imminent farming deal, communicating in material developments. Then bang. Just before Easter. Why just before the holidays?
