UG I get it that it’s a difficult sell. But there are products, there is IP , things are practically ready to go and if there are commercial projects ready to pop there’s a very outside chance. Very small

UG you don’t know what’s happening behind the scenes but I will say this he has been successful in getting funding ( to pay the bills - you will recall) and on that basis there is a chance. A small one but it’s there.

As far as I’m aware there is no debt in the company set up so anyone putting money in via a loan/bonds would be the primary.

I’m flabbergasted by the complete disregard for LTH’s here but I would hope that their own reputations is driving a solution. Perhaps getting everything oven ready was part of the sell to one of the options. I don’t know. Otherwise this whole thing has been for nothing and then if it’s for nothing what was the point. A not particularly amazing salary, no benefit to the world , no major profit. What an absolute waste it would be

Franky they’ll have to pay for the tech. Your scenario might unfold but why bother when all the branding is done . Everything is set up. Far easier to inject money into this company and I hope they are in talk with entities/individuals who will do just that

So UG if they knew and recklessly or negligently misled then potentially there is a claim there against the directors personally but I’d have to speak to a lawyer. That’s for another day. Not today though. And to be honest your If is an if.

Let’s pretend Lanstead sold all shares today. Funding is found. Deals are done so goes to 1 p with what 16 months to go. Lanstead could be in for serious money

The reason Lansted is not selling is because they have to hedge their position. At the moment at these prices no point really. What would they get? If they sell and a deal is done and the company recovers there is no limit on the upside which means in theory they could be paying vast amount of money to NNN

UG - yes I see your point on that RNS too. It was a commercial update . The money apparently was for working capital and to progress deals. That gave the impression of deals getting done because you wouldn’t need the money for a pastry and a cup of coffee.

Christ almighty. How can LSE remove all my posts but allow everyone to be openly encourage to sell. The risk is small but there shouldn’t be a person who isn’t alive to the precariousness here without you telling them.
