The RNS is sufficiently urgent to allow a general meeting to discuss it. This will if it gets to it be subject of legal advice. Communication and transparent information sharing is an aim rule? Why would you need to evaluate the notion of a specific option eg placing, bank loans, bonds etc? The RNS says no guarantee whatever option is chosen will get done in time or be “successfully completed” . Are you saying they don’t have commercial terms to look at from different people and they are musing about the notion of a placing, a bank loan without talking to people? Cos with 7 weeks to go that would be completely negligent

It appears there are 400 NNN’s in a WhatsApp group. If they averaged 500000 each the number would be reached comfortably. Lamps may or may not be in the case. For what good this will do.

Take this advice- why not set up a private email account allowing shareholders to tell you their shareholdings privately and report back with the total on this site. You may get some scheisters obviously.
