Exms I don’t feel I have a credible alternative given the losses I would incur . Everyone is in different positions and absolutely must make their own choices. It’s not pleasant , it’s not easy and it’s gut wrenching at times

EXMS if you are talking to someone who doesn’t have standard terms documents need drafting and negotiation if the offer on the table is genuine and acceptable. I’m concerned that the offer (if it exists) is not great given where NNN is which is why I hope to god they are ready to go.

God UG - depends who the funding offer is from. If it’s institutional maybe but even then funding lines get pulled but let’s say it a HNW individual then risk is higher

UG you are correct but the one thing that has been brought to the table is funding. Not great funding but funding nonetheless

I would have thought if it was going to the wire they would be forced to by the nomad who would presumably also been at pains to add the last sentence, namely that there is no guarantee of completion . The problem with the RNS is that it is open to interpretation . I fully accept you have a totally different one. It’s a terrible RNS.

Nope I think they are evaluating offers before them and the board will choose one.

I have answered the question. The RNS has kept me in this.

I won’t sell given the contents of the RNS which suggests to me that they have offers on the table. And if they do imo they will close one before the time limit because they have too but appreciate there will be different opinions. Nanoo also received a post indicating there was optimism on the funding. Again such an email would not have been sent by any reasonable person if this was not true not after the RNS

UG the very nature of an option is that it has potential. Otherwise it wouldn’t be an option. It’s a superfluous word imo. The use of “evaluation” is far more important . imo. If they had nothing on the table to “evaluate” with no guarantee of “completion” within 7 weeks then that would be utterly reckless at this stage

How did I suggest that EXMS? What I said was that that was the funding available then and this is now so there may be other alternatives at this time. The suggestion in the RNS is that a number of funding options are being evaluated.

I suspect tuan this is something to do with directors being liable if they trade whilst technically insolvent. Funding must come first . EXMS nobody is saying that the position isn’t bleak.

The RNS is clear. There is an evaluation being carried out of a number of funding options. This suggests there is something they are evaluating and it’s not the principle of a placing, a loan , a convertible bond etc etc.

ExMS that was January -this is now. Now there are products, websites etc.

I’m not sure who you are protecting or saving anymore. Most people know the score here. A basic click on the RNS button is all you need to do
