I can only go by what Nanoo has told me directly. He has offered to send me posts but I have declined this offer for now . If he wishes to post on this board any post April 6 communication on this board , he is free to do so. From memory I thought he did already but I might be wrong .

According to Nanoo the board emailed him after the RNS that the board was optimistic. Let’s hope that optimism was based on something credible.

I don’t know UG. I didn’t really follow the argument but if the warrants were “allocated “ could NNN sell the shares subject to the warrants on the basis Oval X’s warrants expired (when Oval X closed down) ?

This may relate to the oval x warrants which may have expired when they went out of business. I have no idea about any of this but others have claimed seeing a trade commensurate with the oval x warrants.

Don’t think there is any need to mock Sinden. He is a jolly good chap.

Take this advice. He is not defending them. He is suggesting the FCA respond better if the parties seeking redress are represented by a law firm.

According to the RNS options are being evaluated. The meaning of this has been interpreted by many people on here and there is no need to go over this.

There is still some hope based on what the RNS says. The BOD has one more chance and if they blow it LTH’s are completely fooked to say the least.
