Prior to any investigation into the potential joint and several personal liability of the directors we will be seeking general legal advice .

Even if you don’t I hope you will attend the EGM and vote against the resolutions. Some shareholders are even talking to capital providers.

Sinden I believe it is the case that over 75 percent of shareholders voting at the meeting can pass the resolution. So for example if Cave turns up and no one else and say just I turn up the resolution can pass so shareholders need to turn up. I imagine we will need a counter proposal but the shareholder group will need legal advice

The resolution gets passed if Over 75 percent of the members attending the meeting vote for it so attend and put your shares to work. Please check whether you own the shares direct or the nominee is holding on trust for you? This could be important

There is to be a General Meeting. Please check whether you own shares outright or whether you own via nominees. This is very important when it comes to voting .

Profit Jock there isn’t one LTH who doesn’t want to see much higher prices. This could be one buyer, it could be you. Ultimately though a lot of people are going to lose a lot of money if you are wrong.

If it comes to it, let them explain why all funding options being evaluated were less desirable than a total shareholder wipeout.
