2. Any solid news on fines for recent cyber breach? Presumably this would have been insured against

3. Does anyone see this as a takeover target in the next 3-5 years. I’m long here

Yes please do. The chairman is known to Resolve and he is a key figure in the company

Moonwalk what does it matter whether they knew Duffin . Duffin is one director .

Many have received general responses from Resolve. Holder emails. If anyone gets a formal response to the complaint made then please post this.

In order to truly understand the current financial position here we all as shareholders have a right to see the current balance sheet that was used to conclude that the proposal to liquidate was necessary.

I would urge you all to right to Resolve as i have done to ask to see a copy of this.

Without this information - i would suggest that nobody really knows the financial facts that they would be voting for or against on the 15th June.

How was the decision made to put this into liquidation rather than administration say ? Are you in full possession of the facts? What efforts have been made to negotiate with the creditors and what is the full amount of debt? This company could potentially be saved without an insolvency process.

Please urgently check with your brokers that they have sent requests for letters of representation and the tallied up votes to resolve group rather than share registrars limited. Share registrars resigned on 16 May and resolve group are administering . Referencing back to Usman’s complaint around potential conflict I wonder Whether this is a potential conflict

It has confirmed to me that resolve group are dealing with the vote .

Please also check with your brokers. If you are attending you will need a letter of representation . This should come from the party administering the vote. This may be Resolve as I am led to believe that Share Registrars Limited resigned on 16 May. If you wish to attend to vote and your broker has asked for a letter of representation to allow you to personally vote, then check with them they have sent the request to the right administrator. I’m led to believe that this might be Resolve

I would also make the point that I believe you can either vote at the meeting or online through your broker.

If you are attending take Id details of your shareholding and you may need a letter of representation from your brokers where your shares are legally held by a nominee. Whatever you are going to do act today not next week or the week after . IT MAY BE TOO LATE
