Hopefully Capita has resolved matters on the Cyber security side but ultimately this space is changing all the time with even government departments and the police getting hacked. It's part of life unfortunately

So a potential whistleblower decides to come out and say this. Their case must be average at best and they are looking to pressure Capita into a settlement. What precisely is the loss for most of these people? I’m not saying it’s not distressing, but was there a financial loss. If so ok, otherwise accounts can be changed, details can be changed.
