The fact is the Board has failed miserably and a bit of buying hear or there isn't enough to paper over the abysmal performance of Lewis and the board. Lets remember that one of their duties is to shareholders . How has that been remotely fufilled when we have seen the precipitous drops we have seen?

In my book, nothing less than giving up their options and golden goodbyes will do. It's the least they can do. Ofcourse they wont

In happy with director buys but 97p Lewis' job is to deliver shareholder value and quite frankly I don't see that has happened. He should forego any golden goodbye. Every time this starts making a comeback it's sold which means that the message is either bleak or not delivered in a sufficiently clear way. I shudder to think of the people who have averages of 40p and above

Chaps these director buys suggest that there isn't much going to come out in respect of material news in the next month or so. Is that a fair assumption? Otherwise it would be insider trading?
