What new contract was won and why hasn’t this been RNS’d?

Out of the 544 m debt 380 m is lease liabilities and 230 m private loan notes . Need to significantly reduce the former and that’s where the new ceo will assist

So is the total bank debt 160m and the total lease liabilities 380

I’m struggling with what the total debt in the company. When people say Capita has no debt or very little debt? Is this statement true? Thanks

Plasterer you are calling it in your title a 16 m disposal? That’s not correct -capita is getting 16 m but it’s not specified what debt is being assumed .

Plasterer -they are getting 16 m in cash but the buyer is assuming debts which means that the price was more than 16 m

The buyer assumes working capital too so we can’t say debt was 20 m. This is an unclear RNS for me unless someone can be more specific ?

The RNS says the buyer is assuming debt liabilities but doesn’t say what the debt liabilities are or am I missing something.

I’m not fully understanding the debt position here. Does anyone know what the total debt there is in Capita after this sale?

My comments and question to capita are far more strongly worded . What an absolute disgrace . And do you know the worst thing about it ? They tried to cover up with the line about meeting expectations in the Lewis step down RNS. That was deliberate. They knew what was coming

3. Make sure staff put smiley faces on their hr forms

4. See an absolute destruction in the SP when it’s a key part of his role

The man has been a monumental disappointment. Where’s the 97 p Johnny boy ?

So he is proud of destroying shareholder value and selling a few businesses to reduce debt. God they really love to toot their own horns when the justification is quite frankly not there.

What did that abject failure say? Can Adolfo not step in Monday ?
