Please could I make the point again that you must check who legally owns your shares. You might think you do but it might be a nominee or your platform via another legal entity where you are just the beneficiary. If it is that you need to ensure you have the necessary paperwork to enable you to vote personally at the meeting . Alternatively some platforms allow you to instruct the nominee to vote as you wish.

Please carefully read the notice and the rules to ensure you vote is legitimately counted

I have assessed the information at my disposal and have determined that I will be voting down the resolutions. The reason for my decision is that I live in hope that a funding solution can be found between now and any court hearing for a compulsory acquisition. If you are going to vote against please ensure you very carefully follow the rules of the vote so that your vote counts. Check if you own the shares outright or by a nominee.

Midas Touch if things go belly up there is plenty of time to make claims but whilst there is a glimmer of hope that funding might be secured , I would perhaps make the point to shareholders that funders might prefer that not to occur right now .

i second this from sinden . join the group please if you want to get to the bottom of this. do things legally. no ****ging people off , no defamatory remarks. if there has been wrongdoing the shareholders can find out about it.
